Rude from the get go. Took several calls to make contact. No site survey and "guessed" at a price, saying "no more than $xxx.xx". And wanted $1000 up front, even though a final price was never agreed upon. Calls back and forth again for site survey, then shows up out of the blue with nobody home, which led to more phone calls blaming us for not being home even though we did not know he was still interested in the job. He then showed true colors by calling us names. Stopped him in his tracks and just told him its best he stop right now and not open that can of worms.

Great experience. Highly recommend. Answered the phone and got it done quickly. Can’t ask for much more than that.

I have been working with the Town of Northlake to acquire a building permit for a Patio/Cabana structure. The City requested a Geotechnical Survey and Foundation plan for the permit. However, upon review of my septic, the city suggested my structure would be erected directly over my septic. I called Rudy and he and his team came out to survey the septic and identified that the plans from the city were incorrect. Rudy assisted me with completing the modification permit for the septic and the issue has now been taken off the table. Exceeded my expectations and Rudy was more than happy to assist with with a positive outcome, but provided valuable feedback as well to secure my permit. Wow!!!! Awesome Service!!!!

Called on a Saturday afternoon needing help with aerobic septic system. I thought I needed the system pumped out. He gracefully explained they don’t offer that service but instead of saying “bye” he spent several minutes with me asking questions, explaining the system and how I could trouble shoot the system. Sure enough, recent rains tripped the house breaker. I didn’t have to pay many $$$$$ for an emergency service! Reset circuit breaker and all operating normally!!!

I called late on a Saturday because our septic system is backed up. Not a fun spot to be in on a weekend! Well, the gentleman who called me back let me know they don’t service existing systems but kindly sat on the phone with him and walked me through what to do until we can get another service company out here. I personally run a home service company (different industry) so know this kind of care and service is rare. Appreciate this company and if I ever need a replacement I know who I will call. I was in a bind trying to find parts to repair my existing septic aeration pump and I called Royal Flush to see if they could be of help. Rudy was very helpful. Even though his company does not cary replacement parts or pumps, he was able to point me in the right direction and answer a few other questions I had. Very helpful!
