I called and I was told they would be out the following monday for a quote. They never showed up or even called with any explanation.

Worst lawn company in Alvin. They lie about when they are coming and expect you to pay even if they don’t cut your grass.

The company when doing a job they do great work i can honestly say that. But when it come to communication they are the worst. So if you use them don't expect consistency cause you won't get it.

The previous is my review from 2 years ago below. Unfortunately I am stopping services with Serrano’s. They have gone downhill in their customer service and the quality of their work. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone, when services are promised, deadlines are not met, and the quality of the work has decreased dramatically. The owner and the person who answer the phone complain about each other to customers, which is very unprofessional.

I have worked with Serrano's Lawn Service for almost a year now. I can't say enough about their professionalism, timeliness, and best of all I have a yard I love. Jose Serrano is talented when it comes to lawn care, maintenance, customer service, and giving advice on lawn care to new and scared homeowners like myself. Here's a big thank you to Jose! You have made my first year as a homeowner/ lawn owner a breeze! Looking forward to many years with Serrano's lawn service. :)

I've been using Serrano's lawn service for about 8 months, and I have had nothing but exemplary experience with them. Mr. Serrano and his team are extremely polite, they provide suggestions, and they always ensure I am happy with the results. I just had them clean & mulch my beds and was pleasantly surprised when I got home to find that they even extended one of my rose beds and added extra mulch to areas I didn't ask for. Very Pleased. Not sure why the person above me put down a bad review - perhaps he didn't have his bags of trash picked up in a timely manner by the trash service, but I would highly recommend Serrano's Lawn Service. Professional & knowledgeable on removing a tree that had beed struck by lightning. Yard was left in excellent condition.

Professional & courteous. David and his crew gave a fair quote for our large job and executed it all in a timely manner.

They came out on a very cold and windy day and took care of a very large tree that was at risk of falling on our home. Amazing job and left the property looking better than they found it. Highly recommend.

Totally awesome group right here. Called last week for estimate, came out same day. Appointment was set up for today, they showed up on time, and were quick and professional. Dropped one tree, trimmed up another tree, and removed old roots. They left the place cleaner than they found it. Make sure to call Eugene and David..
