This company is a joke. Our home warranty company sent them out and he didn't properly diagnose the problem before, so when he told my husband that he would update the claim to do further work, he didn't. He called me and told me to give him $100 and he would take it off the repair price total. He couldn't explain to me why they wouldn't cover it, so I called the home warranty company and they said they had never got another update. This man refused to come out to my house again unless he got more money. He was also rude about me to my husband on the phone. Very unprofessional and you should run the other way if you can.

I’m writing this review as Executrix of an estate I was handling. The decedent personally knew the owner, Harold and trusted him to take care of an extensive water leak. The company did not obtain proper permits, messed with the lock on the gas meter (per Atmos) and after shelling out $15k on repairs, the work had to be redone by another company. Not sure how he is still in business or has his license.

Reliable, honest, fair pricing, quick response! Definitely plumbers we trust!

Good guys, and did a tremendously fast job on replacing our sewer line! Would recommend to anyone.

The line they repaired works perfectly but they left my back yard an absolute disaster, peices of pipe and the shavings of the pipes were scattered all over the yard as well as a massive hole in the alley that the city has since filled twice.

Very polite and knowledgeable they fixed my under slab plumbing issues at a very reasonable price. I will use them again for any plumbing needs I have.

I called on Monday and was told they were a week out. So I was surprised when they called Tuesday morning and said they were on their way. We've used them before, and they always take such good care of us.

Willis was able to go to the property the day I called. We knew there was a break in the sewer line. We needed his pressure line clean and camera to diagnose the problem. He found the problem quickly and told me exactly what needed to be done. His service saved me ten thousand dollars because another plumber might have dug up the alley to the main, and my sewer is 20ft down. Thank you Willis Plumbing Heating and Air!

Matt‘s team came and replaced our sewer line. Leading up to the appointment Matt was very responsive on when he would be available, he texted me the day before to confirm. His guys showed up on time and they went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly. We went with Matt because he had the ability to replace the existing sewer that ran under a building. His bid was several thousand dollars less than the estimate we got to reroute the plumbing. The final bill was actually less than his bid. I have absolutely no complaints about Matt and his team and the job they do. I will use him again and will refer him to anyone who is looking for plumbing services.

Our property manager sent Willis Plumbing to unclog some drains in our new rental. Joseph showed up and did an amazing job! I cant speak on prices but he was the absolute sweetest to my son who was curious about what he was doing. Kind and professional and he got the job done! I would highly recommend them!
