I had a problem with my fridge tripping at night in my newly built home. Alex came out right away and solved the problem quick for me. He knows his stuff and he is a very kind man. Would definitely call him again.

Alex came to my house this morning and was so wonderful! He was very professional and fixed a problem I didn’t think there was a fix for. I will for sure be calling them again! He cleaned up his mess and did the project to perfection!

Unbeknownst to me my HVAC was not connected (no power) as its been winter, recently got hot and I needed to cool the place off to no avail. I reached out to HVAC company and they promptly came out to fix and found it was and has never been connected and thus getting no power. He advised I should call the electrician to come resolve the issue and sent me a picture of the unit showing it had no connection. I called the electrician spoke with the receptionist and told her the story, she proceeded to tell me that they had called in January and I told them I didn't know what they were talking about so they didn't come out. First of all, if you know you haven't connected the unit just say that so I know what you're referring too and come out to complete your work. Secondly, its not my job to know the ins and outs of your work (I will check everything now) nor is there any point in mentioning that when I explained my situation to you. That was unprofessional and showed poor bedside manners, she was essentially putting the blame on me by saying they called and I didn't know what they were talking about. I told her that irrelevant at this point and lets just get someone out here, she says okay and just puts me on hold, never checks back in for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and she immediately places me back on hold to finally comeback and confirm they have an appointment today but I will have to wait at home all day until they can get here as there is no timeframe or potential window. Poor work, poor communication lost them the stars, they made up for it buy getting same day fix out.
