Do not use them for lawn service. We used their lawn service for a few years. At first they were fairly good, but that changed. They went with “liquid aeration” instead of physical, which does not works. We have a rather large yard and I began to notice weeds and dead grass. I made several complaints and they send out a manager. He admitted their employee had not been doing the required work on my lawn and several others so he was fired. However, there was nothing they could do to correct the problems that were caused. A large portion of my lawn is dead grass and dirt after paying real green thousands of dollars. After hearing way too many excuses and no willingness to back up their guarantee, we ended our contract with Real Green. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LAWN SERVICE A COMPLETE RIP OFF STAY AWAY

I’ve been using Real Green Pest and Lawn Service for several years now, and their consistently outstanding service is why I keep coming back. A big part of that experience has been thanks to Skyler. We were very disappointed with Real Green lawn services. They only sprayed our lawn for weeds 3 times in a 9 month period. When we called to cancel our service they stated we should have called them if we were unhappy. Sorry but you shouldn’t have to contact a company when you are paying them $43.15 per month for a very small yard. What ever happened to pride in your work? Extremely disappointed!

I hired this company last year to get rid of the weeds, I had to constantly call them to come back because my weeds just got greener and stronger I worked with them almost a year and every month was the same thing, you need us to spray this you need us to treat that you need us to do this other treatment you need to, after seeing no results I decided to cancel they told me I just needed one more month this happened a couple of times until I had enough and I cancelled.
The result, My lawn is weeds, yes, the weeds have never been stronger and greener, even tho I followed all their steps to “fight the weeds” and I even invested in a mower so I could mow more often, and water as they requested. If I didn’t have an hoa I would just let the weeds take over. And my grass looks dead 😓.
Also my financial resources are very limited so I was making a big effort to pay this company and the results are awfully disappointing.

Two years and nearly $3,000 later, our lawn is in horrible shape despite all the treatments, top soil, and aeration we paid Real Green to do. I called and said that we would no longer renew our yearly contract. There was no oversight of the condition of our lawn from anyone other than the technicians who came out to spray fertilizers and herbicide, etc. I had hoped that with all the money we paid Real Green that our lawn would be in better shape to withstand this drought. We do water on our designated days, so that is not an issue. The pictures speak for themselves.

I’ve been using Real Green for several years now and couldn’t be happier with their service. I trust them completely—they’re always precise when it comes to the needs of my lawn and incredibly consistent in their work. The technicians who come out are friendly, professional, and reliable. I always feel confident that the scheduled treatments will be handled properly.

One technician in particular, Alexis, really stands out. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also a pleasure to interact with—personable, respectful, and clearly dedicated to doing a great job. I truly hope Real Green recognizes what an asset he is to their team.

Have used them for couple years. Ryan Meyers has always been very kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable when we ask questions. He takes care of our trees and plants. Have referred them to friends with no reservation.

Been with Real Greens since last three years and our lawn is in very bad shape. Empty patches around the lawn without any grasses, discoloration and lawn full of weeds, dead trees are some of the highlights of their service.
I understand this year we have seen a lot of 100+ weather, but the issue was there before as well with no repair or maintenance work to ease with that. The technicians come once a month but spend less than 10 mins on the lawn putting fertilizers which aren't doing anything to our lawn. I see all my neighbors not using any service and still having much better and greener lawns. The pictures speak for themselves.

I’ve been using Real Green now for over two years and continue to be pleased with the results and their customer service. My lawn tech, Evan Harris, does a great job at keeping the lawn green and the weeds at bay. My tree and shrub tech, Ryan Myers, has been so helpful in keeping my trees and shrubs healthy as we all dealt with some extreme weather lately. Great job guys.

Previous review : Have been really pleased with the lawn services so I decided to add a much needed treatment for my trees that took a beating with the recent freeze. The tech Ryan M. showed up and went straight to work treating all the trees. It was interesting to watch the level of effort that goes into injecting the treatment into the ground for a much broader area that I expected. I was thinking they would treat mainly around the trunk but was suprised to see the diligence to treat a much larger area that basically was under the full canopy of the trees. I've been impressed with Real Green services and the folks that show up at my house.

I purchased the four seasons lawn care program shortly after building my home and installing a new lawn a year ago. Since hiring Real Green, I have been impressed with the progress and overall health of my lawn. The front office scheduling and communication is excellent, the useful tips and articles provided during the launch treatments are informative and my tech Mike Medrano is both effecient and thorough in his work.

Very unethical and unprofessional company.

It appears Real Green bought the company Austin Fertilization. Real Green made no attempt to notify me that they were taking over my lawn service.

Without notice and my authorization, Real Green showed up to my house performed a service and charged my credit card.

Awful

We have been with Real Green for two houses now; about 10 years. Both lawns have been weed free and green. Only seasonal, but limited, Poa Annua and Nutsedge ever peak through the turf. We have a small bermuda lawn, so we mow it every 4 to 5 days. Between the mowing and Real Green’s treatment, we might have 5 weeds total at any given time. I appreciate the new(ish) service emails with “Products Used” listed on each visit and our technician Wayne is great.

William Birnbach does an excellent job at taking care of our yard and wanted to give him a shout out. He is always willing to walk the yard with me and discuss any concerns I have and then treats the yard appropriately. He also writes up a comprehensive report of what treatment he applied and next steps for us to take to ensure the yard performs to our standards. Our yard looks the best it ever has and is a compliment to the neighborhood.

I’ve used real green Lawn service for years now they are always great and keep my long looking healthy. Matthew always takes great care when he services my lawn, especially, with my dogs in the back. Thank you so much for keeping my lawn healthy in these crazy weather Conditions !

Pros: Lawn looked great when they actually showed up.
Cons: Deceptive billing practices. I signed a contract and paid for a year's worth of service and then was billed an extra $185 for a service I did not agree to have done. I have received no help from their customer service division and am being threatened with the billing being sent to collections even after being told the charge would be removed.

Overall super happy so far with real green. They made sure to break down the process and what to expect over the first few months to next year.

After aerating my lawn it began looking way better in a month! If you are having some issues with your lawn I recommend reaching out to real green for a consult. They are punctual and professional, will make sure they find the best deal for you and provide great lawn treatment services.

We’ve been utilizing Real Green service since 2019 snd get compliments on our lawn from almost everyone that walks by. I only take credit for mowing and writing the check. I recommend them to anyone who is serious about having a green lawn……if you want a patch of weeds they cant help you!

The Lawn Technician William B has been treating my yard for a few months now. I have been very happy with the job that he does. Always very professional and respectful and answers all the questions I had regarding my lawn care concerns. Very happy with the work that he does!

The staff is extremely kind and professional. I appreciate the email and phone alerts before each visit. We pay for a monthly visit but it’s still a nice gesture to call beforehand. The staff also cleans up if there was lawn items moved around or items in the way of treating the lawn/trees. 100% satisfied with the amount of green our half acre back yard is becoming just after being a client for 5 months. These folks know how to treat weeds! Thanks team!

This backyard was a desert with so many weeds taking over when we moved in during October of last year. We have two large German shepherd dogs and we have a lot of foot traffic in the back yard. However, as you can see from the photos below the aeration, water treatment and herbicide sprays added each month have for sure helped this desert of a backyard grow some green. And this is just after 8 months of being a client, and of course trying to maintain some green during this awful drought of a summer. There’s some yellow still, but that’s expected as we can only water on Wednesday’s and this backyard gets direct sunlight 100% of the time.

They offered discounted serves too because of the drought which we appreciated! The hydro treatment was well worth it!! thanks real green! Y’all rock!

Real Green sent a manager Jason out to our home this morning with a three-man crew to aerate our sloped yard and spread a topsoil mix. They did a complete aeration including the sloped area and generously spread about 1.5 cu. ft. of topsoil across the entire yard. Looks great and am very pleased with the coverage & clean up, too. We appreciate the members of the crew for their great work – Angel, Jug, and one other gentleman! Thank you!

Large obvious no soliciting sign posted on my front door, came home from work and there is their door hanger on my door. Had Real Green in the past, price didn't match level and quality of service expected, but not to the point to leave a bad review. Disrespectful soliciting and now I'm motivated to leave a bad review.
