Have phoned three times today. I get a recording whichdoes not permit a message to be left and then the phone disconnects.

The team is very thorough with laundry services, treating stains, refreshing fabrics, and even performing minor repairs, which keeps my wardrobe in excellent condition

Every cleaning session is exceptional. They meticulously attend to every area, ensuring my home is both clean and well-organized.

I will never use this company again!
They showed up late. The explanation was they had an extremely dirty house prior. They only sent two people for a 3000 Square foot house. They were here 5 hrs well past 7pm. They sent 18 to 20 yr olds. They did not do a good job. Skipped many areas. The worst was they mopped my house with a stinky moldy mop. I had a headache all night. Never again.

I hired Texas Cleaning Services for a move out cleaning. He did an excellent job and I got my full rent deposit back. I would hire them again.

I wrote a previous review which has been deleted. This is the worse company I’ve ever scheduled cleaning services with. They cleaners came and did an awful job. They had to come back and still missed things. Not to mention, the left before I could do a walkthrough. They promised to call when they were done so I could come look BUT they left before I could. If something had to be moved or was high, they just didn’t do it. I’ve sent several photos to the manager who said he credited my card back 50%. That money was never received. We paid almost 600 dollars for them to halfway sweep our house without any refund. I’ve emailed supervisors several times without any response. Do not waste your time and money with them.

I called them to have a post remodel cleanup done.We had done some drywall things So the house was pretty dusty. I have a newborn and I thought it would be too much for me to do alone so I got a cleaning service. They sent one lady to do it all by herself which I immediately had concerns with. During the walk-through I showed her multiple places that weren’t cleaned, and her response back to me was “it’ll take a few months to get it all out.” The house was still completely covered in dust. I think she had mop the floors real well and clean the window seals but that is it. The walls, the doors, every surface was still covered in dust. They charged us $300. For mopped floors. And clean window seals, in a small 1200 sq foot house. Plus the Half bath and nursery I don’t believe we’re touched at all. So the next day I had to go through and clean everything that was supposed to be covered by them and guess what I got all the dust out. I contacted them and sent them Pictures. They said they would refund me $50 says that it was real dusty and that the lady worked very hard, that i was supposed to bring up these concerns during the walk though. Which I did. 😒 So $250 for some of my house to be mopped. I’m still fighting for a full refund. Never again. I do Not recommend these people.

Booked them. They said they would send 2 people, they sent one. She left dust all over my house and even sweeped some of it in the closets to hide it. She also dropped something off my stand and cracked a tile. Then they overcharged me by $50 after quoting me $165. I called into customer service and sent them pictures. They apologized and in writing said they would refund me the full amount of the cleaning as well as contact insurance to cover cover the tiles. After 2 weeks go by, no refund of any amount or contact from them, and they did not respond to my 3 follow up emails or calls.
Reported as fraud to my credit that company and. Will be taking action for the damaged tile as well. Stay away from them!

Had 2 people...very nice.....finished in the allotted time I needed....cleaned the house like I would...

They were able to come at a moment’s notice and did an awesome job at taking care of the house to make it presentable for sale!!! I would highly recommend them!!!!!

Maria was great. She uncovered the inadequacies of our previous service. Great to have her in our home.
