A few months after purchasing my first home, my AC stopped working. It was quite uncomfortable. I reached out to a local service, and Todd came over to assist. He dedicated a lot of time on the phone with the warranty company, providing them with all the necessary details. Todd ensured that I received the maximum amount covered by my warranty for a new unit! From that point on, everyone I interacted with was amazing, including Louis in sales, and the other two technicians who came to install the system. I now enjoy cold air and peace of mind again. I didn’t check their service hours and ended up calling another big HVAC company. Their technician ran some tests, found a clogged primary drain line, and cleared it, which stopped water from coming down the back of the house. However, the house still wasn’t cooling after he left. He returned but couldn’t solve the problem, guessing it was either the motherboard or blower fan, and gave us a high quote even though the parts were still under warranty. Once the week started, I contacted Climate Masters Heating & Air Conditioning, since they had installed two units for us before and always did a great job. Andres came out in the morning and fixed the problem in just 15 minutes. Turns out, the previous technician had rewired the motherboard incorrectly, which caused the blower to stop working after clearing the drain. Andres quickly found and corrected the wiring, saving us about $700. The service was fast, knowledgeable, and professional. I will make sure to check service hours from now on, and I definitely recommend waiting for their team—they are worth it!
