I will never work with this company again and I will be informing every restaurant owner I know downtown of the horrible experience I had with them.
I just the last three grease trap servicing for my restaurant done with this company.
The first time they sent out one tech, I thought everything went well.
The second time, they sent out a different tech, and I was informed that the grease trap had overflowed in the past three months and there was a solid half inch layer of grease coating the entire trap making it almost impossible to get the lid off. It took forever to get it clean with a power washer, and I had to do it myself, by the time I was done I was a mess and almost had to close down for the day, because I needed to go home and clean up first.
The third time was yesterday. I didn't want a repeat, so I paid an extra $100 to have them come out an hour early, just to make sure there wouldn't be any surprises. The tech that came out was the one that came out the first time. I thought it went well, until last night, when my employees called me and told me the grease trap was under two inches of water. Again.
So, my trap overflowed a grand total of two times in 11 years of having that restaurant. Both times, it was worked on by the same tech.
I called them yesterday and today, frantic to get it repaired because the trap is under the patio and I couldn't have a grease trap smell flooding the outside seating area during business hours.
This morning, when they returned my call, they told me:
#1. That it's probably not their fault, because in 30 years of running a business, they've never heard of a grease trap overflowing from pumping it.
#2. That it's not their problem that the patio is flooding with a grease trap smell, because a grease trap shouldn't be under a patio anyway.
#3. They don't have any technicians working the weekend so I'm just going to have to deal with it until Monday when they come back to work. After hearing #3, I asked if she could call the tech that worked on it to see if there's anything that can be done. She told me no. Here's the final kicker.
I asked her if she was refusing to call them because they're off for the weekend, or if they wouldn't pick up the phone if she called them on their days off.
She told me she wasn't going to call them on their days off.
So.. just to recap. I have an overflowing grease trap. It overflowed twice in 11 years. Both times within a day or two of one specific tech doing the work. When their other tech worked on it, it was fine.
When I called to get the issue resolved, I was told that I would have to wait until monday, because the operator REFUSES to call a tech on their days off. Without use of my patio on a weekend I will be out about $2000, minimum.
I will never work with them again.

Wastewater Transport Services pumped my septic tank in Lakeway this past week and they did a wonderful job. I called around and found they were the best priced in my area, and the quote they gave me on the phone was exactly what I ended up paying. They arrived in the scheduled time I requested and even called me 30 minutes before the driver would get there so I could make it home and didn't have to miss a full day of work. The driver was courteous and efficient and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend them!!!!

our water heater stopped working on one of the hottest days we've had so far. it was getting pretty uncomfortable at home, but i called chase llc and explained the situation. the office staff said they were really busy but would try their best to send someone as soon as possible. true to their word, malachi called and showed up later that day, still during regular hours. malachi was really friendly and figured out the problem quickly. in less than an hour, we had hot water running again and the house felt much better. we're really grateful for the fast and professional service. the team made a stressful situation so much easier for us.

had an emergency water leak inside my house. called a local plumber on a friday afternoon and they had randall at my door in less than an hour. at first, he thought it was a broken sewer pipe in my yard and explained they might need to dig. when they came back after the weekend, randall carefully dug and checked everything. turns out, the problem was caused by another company accidentally drilling through my pipe. the plumber fixed the issue and took the time to explain exactly what happened and gave me advice on how to handle it with the other company. thanks to their honesty and hard work, i got reimbursed quickly for the repairs. excellent service, friendly staff, and really clear communication—i’m very happy with the job they did.

Chase LLC really saved the day for my family. We had a serious clog in the drain line connected to our attic A/C unit, which caused water to overflow and leak down into our kitchen. I reached out to a few other plumbers in Austin, but none of them could come out quickly, even though it was an urgent situation. Thankfully, Randall from this company showed up the very same day and took care of everything. The whole process was fast, professional, and the price was fair. We’ll definitely call on them again for any plumbing issues and highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.

The plumber, Brantley, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, which was right on schedule with the time I was given when I booked the appointment. Brantley took the time to check my plumbing issue carefully and made sure to look for leaks a few times during the repair. He was friendly, polite, and handled everything in a professional way. Brantley was also honest about the charges and didn't add extra costs for travel or picking up supplies. He even gave me a senior discount, which I really appreciated! I will definitely reach out to this plumbing company in Austin the next time I need help with my pipes.

After my neighbor recommended this plumbing company, my husband and I decided to give them a try, even though we don’t usually follow suggestions. We were so glad we did! We are completely satisfied with the plumbing work they did for us. A big shout-out goes to Thomas, who handled our job. Even though he has plenty of experience under his belt, Thomas worked with the energy and enthusiasm of someone much younger. He took the time to explain everything clearly, letting us know exactly what needed fixing and giving us two options to choose from. We picked the more affordable choice, and Thomas made sure we understood the pros and cons. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, we’ll definitely consider the other option he mentioned. The whole team working with Thomas was excellent too. They stayed focused, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy. It was clear each person knew exactly what needed to be done and handled it with no fuss. From my very first call, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The office staff made scheduling easy, and when Thomas came for the initial leak detection, he was thorough and professional. They returned the next day and completed the plumbing repairs in just one day. I will always turn to this company for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbers in Texas!

I had a hidden water leak in my house in austin and it was really stressing me out. The first plumber I called wanted to start cutting big holes in my walls to look for the problem, which would have cost a ton to fix after. Luckily, I decided to get another plumber's opinion before agreeing to that. The next plumbing company sent out malachi, and he was a real pro. malachi quickly found the real issue—a loose nut on the toilet’s tank. The water was quietly leaking into the grout and showing up under the baseboard, which is why it was so hard to spot. Just a simple fix! I’m really glad I didn’t let the first guy start tearing up my house for no reason. if you need a plumber in austin, definitely give these folks a call. they saved me a lot of money and stress by finding and fixing the problem the right way.

My water heater was showing signs of corrosion and stopped giving hot water. When I called, Julian answered and was very helpful, taking the time to answer all my plumbing questions. He explained how the inspection and quote would work, and was able to schedule someone to come out on Sunday. Julian and the plumber Brantley called before arriving for the inspection. The quote was fair and much better than the big companies you see advertised. Brantley came back to replace the water heater, copper piping, and flex pipe for both hot and cold lines, and also swapped out the old gate valve with a ball valve for better shut off. Julian followed up by text to make sure everything was working fine. The old water heater couldn't drain because it was clogged, so Brantley and Malachi returned to remove and properly drain it. The new water heater fits better—it's taller but not as wide, leaving extra space around the tank. The work was done neatly, and now I have hot water running even better than before. I definitely recommend this plumbing team in Austin for any plumbing needs. I'll be calling them again since I prefer doing electrical work myself!

I had a mysterious water leak in my home, so I reached out to a local plumbing company to check things out and give me an estimate. The problem wasn't easy to spot, so their leak expert, Brantley, came over with his plumbing tools and special listening gear to track down the source. Thankfully, Brantley found that there was no leak in my pipes, which was a huge relief. He gave me helpful advice on other ways to figure out what was causing the issue and didn't even charge me for the inspection. I was really impressed with the honest and professional service. I’ll definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable plumbers in Texas.

i called chase llc this morning for help with a leaking toilet, and malachi showed up right around noon. the repair was finished quickly, and everything was working perfectly by 1 pm. the whole experience was easy and the service was truly top-notch. after waiting a long time for another plumbing company to help us, we were relieved with how fast and professional the response was. every time we've needed plumbing help before, this team has always handled the job with skill and friendliness. we’ll definitely call them first for any future plumbing problems. fast, friendly, and knowledgeable—couldn't ask for better service here in austin!

i call chase llc for both my restaurant grease trap cleaning and used cooking oil pickup here in austin. they come out every few months and always do a great job. every plumber who’s shown up, like malachi or brantley, has been really friendly and pays attention to the details. their reliable and on-time work impressed me so much that i recommended them to my condo building, which has about 70 units. the first time they helped us there was during a plumbing emergency—a clogged main line—which they cleared quickly using hydro jetting. after that, they came back to hydro jet all our main lines and even fixed a broken baffle in our triple basin. honestly, their service sets the bar for plumbing companies.

we had a really bad clog in our basement drain and needed a plumber’s help. another plumber told us we’d have to break up the concrete and replace the whole pipe, which sounded like a huge job. we decided to call a different plumbing company for another opinion. they wanted to come out right away, but we scheduled for a couple days later to fit our timing. thomas showed up on time, brought all his tools, and tried a few different ways to clear the blockage. he got it unclogged in about an hour and didn’t leave any mess behind. the price was fair and he clearly knew his stuff. would definitely call them again if we need plumbing work in the future.

my wife and i are really happy with the work that malachi and his crew at chase llc did for us. he showed up right on time, kept everything clean, and listened to what we needed. as soon as he got here, he explained what needed to be done and recommended a full pipe replacement for our old gas lines. he fixed everything fast, which was a huge relief since the gas company had turned off our gas. the only delay was waiting for the city inspector, but as soon as that was done, we found out our water heater had quit working. instead of making us wait, malachi installed a new water heater the next day. now we can enjoy hot showers and cooking in our home again! i highly recommend them for any plumbing work if you live in austin.

Chase LLC really impressed me with their plumbing service. After calling, Thomas came out the very next day and worked hard for a couple of hours without stopping. Before even starting on the pipes, he kindly helped me find my lost phone, which was a huge relief. I had been dealing with a stubborn leak for over three months during a tough dry spell in Austin, and it only kept getting worse. I tried reaching out to many other plumbers—at least nine—but no one would answer or call me back. Even people I’d hired in the past weren’t available, and some didn’t have space in their voicemail. It was almost impossible to find anyone reliable. Thomas and his helper were a real blessing. Not only did they fix every plumbing issue I had, but their pricing was also much more reasonable compared to other quotes I received. It's rare to find service people who show up on time, communicate clearly, and get the job done right. I’m already recommending them to all my friends and neighbors who need a trustworthy plumber in the area.

The plumbers here in Austin have been helping my family with plumbing repairs for a long time, and their recent service really showed how dedicated they are. My water heater stopped working, and even though they were very busy with other jobs, they made it a priority to fix mine. Malachi kept me updated every step of the way while they searched for the right parts, which wasn’t easy to find. They worked hard for several days and even stayed late into the evening to make sure I had hot water again. I was amazed at their commitment and kindness. Truly some of the friendliest and most reliable plumbers around.

Julian from Chase LLC really knows plumbing inside and out! He came over to help with a tricky kitchen faucet replacement. The faucet I bought ended up being faulty and wasn’t letting any hot water through, only cold. Julian made sure I could still use the sink by temporarily setting up the defective faucet so I had at least some running water. He then went out, picked up a new faucet, and returned to install it—taking care of everything quickly and smoothly, even though the faulty faucet wasn’t his responsibility at all. I was impressed by his professional and careful approach, which made the whole process stress-free. If you need plumbing help for your home, I highly recommend giving them a call!

After noticing water coming up through our floorboards, we thought there might be an issue with the sump pump that was installed by the previous owners. We reached out to Chase LLC and Thomas responded quickly, showing up within the hour—even on a Saturday. He checked the sump pump thoroughly and explained that it was working perfectly, taking the time to walk us through his process and reasoning. Thomas also let us know that, during the original installation, he had advised the previous owners to add a perimeter drainage system along with the sump pump, but they chose not to. He explained that the water seeping in was because there wasn’t enough drainage around the foundation. He then walked us around the house, pointing out areas where we could improve waterproofing, like fixing gutters and adjusting landscaping to help with drainage. We really appreciated the clear explanations and all the practical advice on how to keep our home dry, especially in the hot Texas climate. Highly recommend their plumbing services—professional and knowledgeable every step of the way.

My bathtub faucet started dripping, so I called Chase LLC for help. Randall, the plumber who came out, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He quickly identified the problem, replaced some parts in the faucet, and made sure it was working properly before he left. Now, the faucet turns off completely with no more drips, which is a big relief. The service was fast, and I appreciated how professional and thorough Randall was during the repair. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing work, especially for tricky leaks like mine.
