The price was fair and competitive to the other bids I received. Angel completed the work in a timely manner, and it looks great. Many thanks to Ace Roofing. Cole with Ace Roofing is amazing!! He confirmed we had hail damage, helped us navigate filing a claim with our home insurance, met our home insurance agent at our house to make sure they both were on the same page, and then came by a few times to walk us through every step of picking out the shingles and what to expect. He was able to coordinate our roof getting replaced on the one day we were out of town and then came back to ensure we were happy. They did a great job, but we brought up one small thing, the gutters, that had minor hail damage and Cole had someone return to replace those. Then, if he wasn't doing enough, he allowed us to wait for our insurance check to come in before asking for payment. We could not be more pleased! Outstanding guy and wonderful company!

Ace Roofing Company did a superlative job to replace our shingle roof after the April 9, 2024 central Austin TX hail storm. Their Project Manager, Amous Moran, was personable, timely, informative, communicative, knowledgeable, and worked within our insurance adjuster’s allowance. Overall, the work was fantastic; fastidious, clean, and done with in a day (7AM - 7PM). I highly recommend them.

Ace completely replaced dilapidated 40 year old (eek) roof and added a solar powered exhaust fan in a fast and professional manner. Kyle and his team provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Ace Roofing did a great job on our roof after the last big hail storm. Maston and his crew came in, took care of everything and made sure it was done right. They replaced roof, gutters and even were able to paint. Constant communication with us throughout the process and they worked with our insurance company to get things arranged. Highly recommended!

This review is mainly for Cole, who managed our total roof replacement and interior damage repair. During the ice storm a branch went through our dining room ceiling and our insurance was pushing back on how much they were willing to cover for repairs. Cole went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get full insurance coverage. He was there to hold our hand every step of the way and I have total trust in his work and contractors. He oversaw the replacement of our roof and I am so happy with the end results.This was such a stress free experience because of him. I am so so happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend Ace Roofers to anyone.

The folks at Ace not only did a great job replacing our roof due to a recent hailstorm, they also assisted with navigating and advocating on our behalf to the insurance company, getting us thousands of dollars more than the initial estimate provided by the claims adjuster. We hired ACE to help replace our roof while our house was under contract. DJ was extremely knowledgeable, and assisted with providing adequate evidence of hail damage to ensure the insurance covered what we deserved. He and the crew at ACE was super helpful, responsive and attentive to helping me get the roof replaced on time for the new owners and at a reasonable cost. Can't recommend enough!

Garry and his crew did a great job on work on our house! They installed an extensive gutter system, completely rebuilt a chimney that was rotting away, redid some siding and repaired cracked sheetrock. I cannot speak highly enough about Daniel, the owner of Ace Roofing in Austin, TX.
I recently experienced one of the most bizarre and stressful events imaginable: A random individual appeared on my roof and began removing shingles without any reason or authorization.
I was devastated, unsure of what to do, and despite contacting the police, there were no clear leads as the person left no trace and wasn't captured by any security cameras.

Feeling lost and overwhelmed, I reached out to Ace Roofing, hoping for guidance. Daniel, a true sweetheart with a genuine and kind-hearted nature, listened patiently to my unbelievable situation and immediately offered his assistance. Incredibly, on the same day, he sent one of his team members, Cole, to assess the damage and inspect what had been done.
Cole was professional, introduced himself, and took pictures of the places where shingles were missing. His thoroughness and professionalism were incredibly reassuring during such a stressful moment.

What truly left me speechless was Daniel's generosity and compassion. Despite Ace Roofing having no responsibility for the damage, Daniel offered to fix the roof completely free of charge, without expecting anything in return. His only motivation was to do a Mitzvah -- a beautiful act of kindness and goodwill. I even offered to donate to an organization he supports on his behalf, but Daniel replied with:

"Doing something in return for all blessings we have received from our community is simply the right thing to do. Please accept this from us and know that I am here if you need me."

The repair was done flawlessly, and my roof now looks intact and perfect. I truly feel like Daniel was an angel to me during this stressful time. I had a fantastic experience! My project manager, Clay Jetton, was knowledgeable and supportive, helping me with insurance and scheduling. Ace followed best practices and exceeded my expectations. They even left a note for the neighbors and arranged extra cleaning the next day.

Best experience we've had with a contractor in a LONG time. From the sales experience, work, cleanup, etc. everybody was polite, responsive and very professional. Before calling Ace roofing, we called three other roofing companies and I always felt that we got the runaround. When we called Ace, they were always on time, gave a fair bid, replaced the roof ON TIME, cleaned up everything better than it was when they started, and were always friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to help with insurance. Call Ace Roofing if you need roof repairs or replacement. It is a no-brainer.

(Oops forget to leave a reviews over 6 months) Roof damaged by storm/tree back in December and ACE roofing was recommended by A&S Tree Care LLC (5 stars). Mr. Garry come out fast to assess the damage and give me a great quote, great communications. Mr. Marcos and his crew come on time to did a professional job. 5 stars all around.

This old tree in my backyard will be the death of me but it's good to know Ace Roofing is on my side and will save the day.

This is the second time Bill Sprauer from Ace has come out within a couple of hours of contacting Ace and taken a look at my roof. The first time, last year, he fixed an issue with an exhaust pipe within minutes and I hadn't had an issue since even through a couple of bad storms.

This time, a darn branch from an old tree (which was previously trimmed) fell last fall which damaged a shingle and punctured a hole into the roof. Once again, Bill has taken care of it within minutes and without charging me a cent.

Bill, as always, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He does not pressure you into unnecessary repairs and even provided a referral to a good drywall technician.

I'm technically still under warranty with another company but having not heard from them after numerous calls, I decided to try my luck with Ace. I will be calling Bill and his team for all my roofing needs from now on and will refer his company to friends looking for a good, dependable roofer.

Maston was great. He and his team did our roof at the end of 2022. I’ve never seen an entire shingled roof go up so fast. The work was clean and professional. We asked his team to come back to help with new gutters and flashing work. He’s extremely responsive and his pricing is competitive and fair. We’ve built a great relationship that keeps us coming back whenever we have home construction (and repair) challenges. We trust him and his team to do good work, which gives us peace of mind.

My wife and I recently had the roof on our home replaced. As many have mentioned, Bill is a pleasure to work with. He and his crew were always on time (to the minute!) and delivered on every thing that was promised. We had a raccoon family that got into our attic through the dome vents on our roof. You can see the precautions we had in place with the wire mesh installed by a pest control company years ago, but the raccoons worked their way in.

Called Ace Roofing and they were very professional with great quality work and got me all patched up. They installed heavy gauge wire mesh around the base of the vent so they won't be able to get in anymore. Also they patched up a portion of my facia board where I had to cut it out to extract the baby raccoons. Looks like new. Very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Maston and his team from Ace Roofing did a great job on my roof. He made the process easy to understand and walked me through the steps on getting my roof replaced. He worked with my insurance company and completed the job in one day. They were there bright and early on April 16th and were done by the evening.
