Excellent work by the crew on four large trees and a large holly. Crew of five showed up on time, climbed into trees and removed dead wood then trimmed branches to height requested. Cleaned up branches and left the yard as they found it. We have used Wise Tree Care for several years and always satisfied with their work.

I gotta say, they stand behind their reputation. After I posted a two-star review (see below), they called me. I was away from my cell phone and they called me three times that very day.
Matthew came out to the house to walk through what was done and what wasn't, to explain what the disconnect was between our respective expectations, and to make it right. There were some work that he saw that he wasn't pleased with and he asked for the opportunity to come out and fix it. Two weeks later and they are outside right now doing the rest of the work and a bit more besides for free. Thank you Matthew, for making sure that folks are pleased with your company's work.

One of their tree folks came out (Matthew?) and gave a quote for a "crown cut" for two trees next to the house for $700. "You'll love it." I declined and instead took him up on an offer to "trim the other trees back 4-6 feet from the house" for the same price. I did ask later over the phone about getting that crown cut on those trees and I was told that the crew would quote me a price when they got here. I thought the price might be a bit less, as they are already here, it's one of the trees being trimmed away from the house, etc. Well the price they quoted me was more than what Matt originally quoted so I said no thank you. The trimming was less than I expected, as I thought they would trim the tree limbs 4-6 feet back, straight up from the house, but instead they trimmed them 4-6 feet away from the gutter. There are still limbs w/in 4 feet of my house, there are still limbs extending over my roof. They were all done and back in their trucks in 45 minutes so they were quick and the back yard looks clean. The crew looked professional. I think I overpaid for what I got and I do not see myself using them again.

Excellent Job! Worked with Matt, a seamless process from beginning to end. They did the work we needed (removing a dead tree) for a very reasonable cost. Crew showed up when they said they would and when they were unable to grind the tree stump at the same time, they promised to return first thing the following morning, which they did. It also felt good using a local company. Highly recommend Wise Tree Care!

The price quoted to me was reasonable. The response from the company was quick and efficient. The employees arrived on time, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. I recommend the company for any future tree trimming service.

Wise Tree Care did amazing work for me! I have a 50 year old Live Oak in my front yard that they thinned and raised the canopy - it looks natural and, importantly, no longer has limbs in danger of damaging my roof! Further, they cut overhanging limbs from a Cottonwood tree that were endangering my property, as I already had several heavy limbs fall into my yard even while I was out gardening. Last, they raised the height on a Cedar that was hanging WAY too low for me.
I really appreciated the professionalism they showed, the thoroughness of the job, and the care they took to safely remove VERY large limbs!
I will definitely be using their services moving forward for all of my tree trimming!

Excellent customer service and excellent job done.

They did a great job taking two of our large trees down, grinding the stumps and trimming the rest of our trees! They were lower priced than any other company we got a quote from, worked hard, were very friendly and cleaned up before they left! Would highly recommend!

Very impressed with this service. Worked with Matt verbally on the phone and went through what I needed done. He also gave me expert advise on some tree issues. He emailed me an estimate that day detailing the work to be done. I came home from work and my yard looked fantastic. They had cleaned up all of the debris before they left and it looks fantastic! I had a large branch fall down. They were at my house in 10 minutes to take care of it and of other dangling branches. The price was very reasonable and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Wise tree care.

Cassi (the nice lady who scheduled my appointment) was so nice and helpful. She walked me through the entire process and what to expect. When the crew arrived they were very nice and let me know about how long they’d be. When they were finished the crew lead walked me outside and showed what they had done. The trees looked amazing. We called Wise Tree Care for advice on two extremely large, overhanging trees. The representatives Cassie and Matthew were professional and friendly. While at our home, Matthew was very knowledgeable and taught us many things about the trees in our yard. He provided two different quotes/options, which were tailored to my specific goals and budget. We accepted the proposal and scheduled the work. The crew was on time and again, very professional. They completed the work quickly and ensured we were happy before leaving. In summary, we were incredibly happy with the service and grateful to have found Wise Tree Care. We are happy to recommend them to family and friends.

We were impressed with the service from Wise Tree Care. We received an initial estimate in the spring but decided to hold off until the fall. They reached out to us to see if we were still interested at the agreed upon time but did not pressure us at all, just asked if we still wanted to follow up, and that they were there when we were ready. We had since noticed that we would want some roots cut in addition to the other work. Matthew came out again to review with us. His team arrived at the appointed time when expected. They were properly outfitted with appropriate gear which was reassuring as we watched them climb the trees! When we noticed that a part of the tree hadn't been trimmed that we had expected would be, the team was responsive to our feedback and immediately addressed it with no issue. The yard was left in great shape, and the trees look wonderful. Throughout the process everyone was friendly and truly made us feel appreciated as a customer. The estimate was slightly higher than some others but the professionalism was worth it!
