Kai and Josh were awesome! Kai was able to come out the same day, explained the options and that they would be able to have the technician come out the next day. Joshua was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely felt that they had my best interest in mind, and would recommend them to anyone needing help with HVAC.

My Air Conditioner is use by commercial Place , in passed few years all different kinds AC company come over replace or repair, they chance a lot also not good experience untill I find out Greentech Engineering company been use them for two years now and I decided to leave a review because sometimes you just get going with the company the first time the experience is great and the second one is not as good or the third one but every time they’ve came out, I’ve had a great experience. Everyone well communicative from the front office down to the technician. They’re very honest and they help me understand my air conditioner along the way great company and I highly recommend.

My air conditioner's outdoor unit suddenly started making a loud noise, and it lasted all day. After contacting GreenTech, they arranged a visit within a few hours. Before the visit, I provided the repairman's name, contact number, and specific time of day. The repairman was very experienced and quickly identified and resolved the issue within minutes. GreenTech was very interactive throughout the entire process, providing tips, precautions, progress updates, and follow-up contact information. This was very thoughtful. I'm a renter, i have very little control over how fast my landlord gives approvals for repairs. With that said, Kendrix has been out to the house several times. He arrives when he says he'll be here, he does a great job and he's pleasant to talk to. He has done a great job working within the restrictions he's had!

GreenTech responded immediately to our call and dispatched a technician to evaluate the problem without delay, despite the icy roads. Based on the evaluation, we decided to replace our 25-year-old heating system. Chi Shen, their Technical Supervisor, came on-site to assess and prepare for the installation. He clearly explained the replacement options and patiently answered all of our questions until we felt confident in our choice.

The very next day, the installation crew arrived and completed the job professionally and efficiently. We needed to replace our 15 year old AC, and Greentech did an excellent job installing the new Daikin replacement.

We received a very clear upfront quote that was very detailed. They were very professional and answered all our questions. Manager Shen was a great person to deal with.

Greentech let us schedule the install on Saturday which was very convenient for us. The crew came on time. Throughout the installation process there were a couple of minor issues which were promptly resolved: when we reported a sensor problem the team was willing to come back the same day and the following day as well to fix it.
