Awful customer service. Just awful. They quoted me a time between 9-11 am and showed up at 1:30 pm. They quoted me a price for two rooms and almost doubled it when the technician finally got there! The technician went to his car to call his "boss" and just drove off. They get zero stars in my book!

I had a bad experience with this company and it’s sad. I called them yesterday (Sunday) to have my area rug cleaned as I’m moving out and wanted it cleaned up for my new house and was booked for an appointment for 12pm today (Mon May 19, 2025) 1 waited for 2 and half hours but they didn’t turn up or called me back, despite my numerous phone calls to them. Their voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave any message. It’s sad that some businesses like this don’t have the curtesy, integrity and consideration of customers especially during this tough times. Not worth giving them my business.

They were very helpful. Answered my calls and walked through the process. Even gave me a company to call for used parts. Excellent customer service.

I Agree with all the other reviews that this man is very annoyed already from the fist time answering the phone to the very last word spoken. He said " from the time I turn my truck on and start driving to you its Cha -Ching Cha - Ching from there"!!!! I mean wow great explanation 👍 boy bye!!

Keith was very professional, informative, and prompt. He saved us a lot of money and I would definitely use him again. He was very thorough as well!

Was scheduled for service and repair man never showed up. Called four times and still nothing. Don’t waste your time with this company
Very very unprofessional. When called last time and told the company I was going with another company their response was “fine”.

I called this business to inquire about a one time cleaning and the person that answered the phone sounded annoyed. $100 an hour plus parts, he quoted me. I asked what did that entail? He sounded offended that I wanted more detail. I told him it sounded as if he was having a bad day, so I'd take my business elsewhere. No thank you. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy was appalling. I wouldn't recomend this business to anyone , ever!!!!

Before I called Primo pool services, I called a few other pool service companies. Just to have them tell me they didn’t service my area or they were booked and to call back later. I finally called Primo PS and to my surprise it was a money savor and a down to earth humbling call for me. I spoke with Keith who from the beginning asked me to describe the problem as of course my terminology wway off on the equipment he was able to understand everything I was telling him. To this he told me to try out some things first. He told me this were things that they would try out first and as much as he wanted my money he didn’t want to just take it knowing it could be something I may be able to do. And if that didn’t work to give him a call back. Well me being of small stature was able to do some of the things he suggested and it worked. I’ve been struggling with a lot of minor things that have been needing fixing in my house, so it was definitely a blessing to save me money to put towards my electric bill this month. I’m still figuring my pool equipment out, so I will definitely be calling them back to use their service it will be well deserved.

I’ve been using Primo for 25 years for all repairs. If you want it done right for a fair price call Primo. You won’t get any up sales for parts & labor that you really don’t need, they will tell you what’s wrong & fix it.

Two weeks ago on a Saturday I called for pool cleaning services. I've spoken to Kieth and he was absolutely amazing on the phone and we had agreed upon his son Cassidy to come out on Thursday to come clean the pool. Thursday comes around and I call Kieth, to his surprise he thought Cassidy had already come by. So he calls him, and his son says he'll come by on Saturday (yesterday) and that he wouldn't do the service because there's a pecan tree hanging over the pool and it'll leave spots. Well, we don't have a tree over the pool let alone a pecan tree so I'm not sure where he went? If you're too busy to do pool services, or you want more money to do the job just say that.

I had a great experience with these folks. I would definitely use them again. My pool had algae, they came and took care of things quickly and efficiently. The owner is very friendly and polite. He even texted a few days after the work was performed to follow-up and see how the pool was looking.
