Could not get to my computer to write this review fast enough, and this honestly may be the first time I've ever done this. I cannot say enough good things about Jon Britton, and his crew of professionals. At every level of this group from the scheduler/dispatcher to the installer everyone was delightful to deal with. I just had an entire new system installed after they had been servicing my old system for years...it was finally time. His guys were on time, did fantastic work, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all the questions I had.

Jon too went above and beyond when the unit that we had originally decided on was on back order. We were still able to hit our original install date, and he even offered to install an upgraded system at the price we originally agreed upon to ensure that the job was done in a timely manner. He did not have to do that, and just goes to show how committed he is to his customer, and keeping his word.

If you are in the market for a new system, or are weary of getting a new one as I was give these guys a call, and I can assure you that you are in good hands!

Britton Service was amazing all around, starting with John. My AC unit was pretty much dying and mind you, I’ve only been in my house a little over a year. I had be dealing with other companies coming in and out just putting bandaids on it. Some didn’t know what they were doing but didn’t hesitate to charge me for their services, no matter what! I just got tired and decided to replace my AC all together. So, I started searching reviews and calling around to places. Britton was the 2nd quote I got. John came in and he is a super cool and mellow guy. Very professional! Explained their products and prices and even financing in detail. I was pretty much sold once he was done explaining. Plus, my electric company gives a rebate for AC replacement and Britton processes the rebate for you! It was all so easy and such a relief! I was even more impressed that after the install, John actually came through to double check their work and made tweaks as necessary. So amazing! I couldn’t have found a better company to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Britton Service Group to anyone in the market for a new AC unit!

This is the third air conditioner we've purchased from Britton Service Group (for 2 different houses) and we've been happy with all three. For this one, it was to replace our 17 year old downstairs unit. Jon Britton came out and did a great job talking me through all our options and answering our questions. They were able to get our installation done right away by his very professional installers. Everything came out perfect. And just like the last two times, he had the best price by far of all the bids we got. Highly recommended.

Set an appointment on their website for the afternoon, got a pleasant call from them within about 30 minutes to confirm and get some info from me.

Jon came out right on time, checked my ac found the issue, fixed it, gave me a quick education on my setup and some much needed advice on personal maintenance as well as some things to take care of to ensure good working order.

Jon was very knowledgeable and friendly. I joked he should do a seminar with people in the area because it was all good info that would take hours of YouTube research to figure out haha. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I cannot say enough good things about Britton Service Group. Jon and Corinne are always great to work with. Great company to work with. Jon helped me select and install a heat pump in 2022. I picked Jon both because the estimate was reasonable, and because I liked the way he patiently explained things and didn't try to pressure us into anything the way some of the other companies I got estimates from did. It was a tough install due to space constraints in my older house and he worked magic to get it done.

He and the heat pump have been awesome since then, too. The heat pump itself is a continuously variable one and it is just so, so much better in terms of comfort in the house than the single stage AC unit I'd had before. When I had an issue with it in 2024, he cleverly diagnosed the issue (water had gotten into an electrical connector due to a design flaw) and worked with Carrier to get the warranty part, but went above and beyond to track down a part in a local unit to get me up and running immediately rather than waiting days for it to get shipped (the issue happened over a holiday weekend, of course). Once installed he compensated for the design problem with an alternative routing of the cable so water would not come back into the connector.

Just stellar customer service, attention to detail, and all for a really reasonable price.

Just amazing. Was referred by a friend who had his 2 systems installed byJon Britton. He provided estimate and I took a week so that I can get other estimates from other 5 star reviewed AC installers. After that it was no brainer to go with Britton who provided professional, and no pressure service. I made sure their estimate is honest by checking online also. I did not need to haggle with the cost as I found it be reasonable. Everything was done very smoothly. Jon Britton also went over the system and answered all my questions. Our house had no AC what’s so ever ! So this awesome company installed everything from scratch. Bryan ran all the air ducts ,air vents , Installed the heat pump, placed new units etc.
