Luis was extremely friendly and professional! He did a thorough review of our heating system and had lots of pictures and comments to share. I was very impressed.

We had our ac/heater service and Jose did a great job, we also had a plumbing inspection done and Guadalupe was awesome and finally we had an inside air evaluation and Jc was very helpful and knowledgeable, everyone at this company has been professional and very courteous. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs….

Jose did his maintenance and did eveything right. Jose was pleasant and answered questions. It is the entire system that I hate. Jose was hear on Friday for the heating maintenance. I had company on Sunday and had to run the A/C. At 7 pm that night the system went dark and quit running for 3 hours. This is like the 4th time this has happened. You can't call and talk to anyone in management. I paid twice what my brother paid for his A/C system and mine is broken all the time. I would not recommend SALT to anyone. They are very expensive on repairs and never fix it. Worse decision I have made.

We had Felix out from Salt to do some maintenance on our hot water heaters. One turned out to be in dire need of replacement. Felix arranged his schedule so that he could do the work himself. He was very courteous, very communicative and very thorough.

SALT has exceeded my expectations in every way. Their expertise, their ability to hear the customer’s ask and explanation language is the best of any service I’ve worked with. Every tech has been amazing

Tommy and Rodney were professional and helpful in replacing our smoke detectors and other necessary electrical upgrades. They explained the problem, proposed solution and then installed the new devices quickly.

David the technician was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have no complaint on David, but on the one item that did have done was a replacement of the flame sensor. Pricing is crazy these days and that is toufg to get used to.

Cody with SALT did an excellent job with evaluating my needs as it relates to my HVAC system. Based on the feedback received, I decided to move forward are the services suggested. I felt the advice was sound and spot on for my current needs.

Chris from SALT Plumbing did an excellent job during a full plumbing inspection of my home. He worked quickly, identified several key concerns that could lead to potential plumbing issues, and clearly outlined the recommended fixes along with detailed estimates. Chris was courteous, professional, and straightforward throughout the process, making it easy to understand my options. He helped me schedule to replace my water heater and PRV the next day. I highly recommend SALT for any plumbing services.

My family and I were concerned about our air conditioning system, and I called SALT (after-hours). Madison quickly helped me set up an after-hours appointment, and Ross arrived about 20 minutes later, eager to assist despite it being late in the evening. He was courteous, professional, and thoroughly checked our system, providing clear recommendations. I really appreciated the quick response and top-notch service—highly recommend Ross and SALT!

OJ Our Technician...was super nice..courteous, and respectful in answering all my question and explaining all of what task he was to do, as he was doing them in checking our breaker box issue. The weekend service price just to come out is steep, but what do you do.. outside of the price, it's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

We were pleased with the service but thought $459.90 was extremely expensive for replacing 1 shutoff valve under a sink. 1 hour of work. I’m Updating my review since the owner did not really address my comment regarding unusually high cost of this service. I can understand a trip fee around $99 and the part around $50 but I see a huge money grab, clearly making way above 100 percent profit on this type of work. I want a line by line cost, not just a huge fat fee.. hourly wage for this type of work was way over priced. I truly believe this is something our BBB should be aware of.

Felix helped with an issue I was having in a fast way with follow up to let me know what was happening. Felix is excellent with doing what he says he will do. A real asset to the company.

The technician, Garrett was very courteous and professional. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and then repaired my AC unit which is now working perfectly. I am very satisfied and highly recommend SALT.

Anthony Salazar did an excellent job explaining every detail of the service I was considering. He was very patient with my questions and even responded the next day to additional questions that I had. Anthony and his assistant were both very friendly.

We recently had a tree root intrusion in a pipe that caused flooding in our house. Grant came out and helped us identify the problem and gave us information on how to handle the issue. Grant was thorough and courteous. We would highly recommend Salt to our friends and family!
