Our insurance assigned a company from SA for our restroom flooding incident. We couldn't wait the 2 1/2 hours so we contacted Servepro and they were here within 30 minutes. Worked continuously on our disaster for an entire week. Bikari, Jesse, Nick and crew were very professional, courteous, respectful, and consciousness about their work. Would highly recommend!

Jon was extremely helpful. After a house fire, he guided me through the necessary steps to return to my home. Despite the extensive damage, SERVPRO did an excellent job repairing my house. I highly recommend them to anyone

This team was fast! I had an emergency in my home. My floors had water everywhere. I didn’t know what to do. They showed up within the hour and started extracting. My house was in the Welder Fire in Sinton, Texas. Although my house escaped fire, the 7 across the street from me burned to the ground. Being asthmatic, I needed to have my house thoroughly cleaned and air purified. Corey came by and immediately placed a HEPA fan inside. The next day there were 3 fans and a cleaning crew. Emily, Gio, Debra, Isaac and Andre got the job done in 2 days. A thermafog treatment was done and then an overnight ozone treatment overnight. We are back in the house and it feels and smells great! Thanks to the Corpus Christi ServPro crew.

I had an excellent experience with ServPro. They came out immediately to start drying out the area of water damage and Jesse was so kind and dependable. He answered all of our questions and was always available by phone. He even directed us to a repair company. I also have to give 5 stars to Brittney. She was so helpful and patient with me. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends, and neighbors.

Told me they would have my small 25 sq ft bathroom cleaned up of old and damaged tile and have a tile pro retile the bathroom within 2 to 3 days time to completion. They sent a cleanup crew the day I called and before they left one of their employees told me it would take about 12 hours to dry but a tile guy would be here tomorrow and he'll call me at 130 in the afternoon to confirm. I never received any phone call from their office or tile pro the next day so I call their office and tell them noone has followed up with me about the bathroom tile as discussed yesterday and they stated they're sending someone within the next hour so don't worry. I then get a call from another person from servepro soon after and he says he's going to be at my house around 4 pm. I assume it's the tile person so I rush home and when I get there he tells me he's only there to pick up a dehumidifier they left to help dry the area and when I inquired about the tile pro that I was just told they were sending, he stated he had no idea and they don't have anyone in house for tiling and refer out for that sort of thing and someone would should be calling me sometime soon probably. I called their office and the receptionist tells me a tile pro will call me within the hour and they're taking care of it. I never received a call or heard from anyone for over two weeks until i was emailed an invoice for over 970 dollars for services they did not provide and the primary reason I agreed for them to come start the work so I could get the floor retiled quickly. This company is deceptive, dishonest, and disrespectful of your time and appear to be making false promises so they can take your money but are not actually capable of providing the services. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and all relevant licensure boards. Scumbags.

SERVPRO did a great job on my home. I experienced a water damage and SERVPRO arrived pretty fast. They were very knowledgeable and worked with my insurance through the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process. I was back in my home in no time. Thank you to everyone from the office staff, to the production team!

Wow, that seems honest...NOT.
Shouldn't offer the discount if you won't honor it. You especially shouldn't try to coerce the customer to try and a review you don't deserve. For a cleaning service, this feels dirty.
I will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I'll also be reaching out to the Chamber of Commerce.

You have absolutely pissed off the wrong Veteran.

We hired ServPro after a garage fire that left my entire home full of soot and smelling like smoke. They sent a crew of the most hard working and efficient individuals. Emily and her crew scrubbed the soot off of absolutely everything including the walls and ceilings and left my home spotless and smelling fresh and clean. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Greetings to whom it may concern, I wanted to recognize the commendable service provided by your technician Barcari, (spelling I think?) and his coworker I didn't get his name. On Thursday 26 June 2025 at my residence in Rockport TX. "OUTSTANDING"!!! I sustained a water leak and ceiling collapse in my guest bedroom in my residence. A disaster to be sure. Upon coordination with my Insurance cpany and notication SerPro Corpus Christi dispatched their technicians within two hours!!! Barcari and his coworker were professional, courtesious and knowledgeable. They quickly accesed the damage and took corrective action. Upon completion they deployed necessary equipment to dry out the space. Bacari throughly explained the way head for the re-mediation of the space. He informed that the next day they would be back to re-inspect the space and collect their equipment. Moving forward Barcari communicated his estimated arrival time as I requested and arrived on time. He again continued with exemplary customer service and completed the tasks at hand. Conclusion Baecari should be commended for his performance! I can without reservation using SerPro of Corpus Christi for you Disaster recovery needs! SERVPRO did a great job preparing my home for an emergency. With their Emergency Ready Plan, we were able to have all our concerns addressed in the event of a disaster. They were very knowledgeable and are able to work with my insurance to make things easier if I need to file a claim. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process. Now I know we’ll be ready in the case of fire, flood or other damage to our home!

Absolutely a wonderful team! Jesse and Derek were great. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We had them in the house for about five days due to a toilet leak. Jesse always texted or called before they were heading our way. He also explained to us what they were doing and even showed us the equipment used to determine water/moisture content. The demo crew who took out the flooring/walls were awesome too. Very polite. Spic n span when they left. No dust, no debris at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration services. Thank you so much! Serv Pro definitely gave us peace of mind for this portion of our repairs.

Almost one year ago we had water/flood damage happen and nick really took care of us and got us going in our journey and at the end they came back and cleaned up and really made my husband and I happy with the outcome. ServPro did an outstanding job restoring my condo back to livable. I had a fire that caused major damage in the master bedroom, bath and closet. There was smoke damage throughout the rest of the condo that even extended to the inside of my closed dryer. They did everything needed to have a contractor come in and rebuild, including the carpet and ceiling scrapping. The work they did was efficient as they finished sooner than expected. To walk through the door today, you cannot tell there was ever a fire.

The procedures of pumping out the extensive accumulation of broken pipe leakage under the building was explained clearly with follow up information and procedures. Lightening struck the roof and a fire destroyed much of the structure snd contents. They came quickly and dealt with issues that were so difficult for me the even think about.They were thoughtful and sympathetic. They have done a good job and are considered friends.

She made me feel very welcomed and treated me like she’d known me for years. Jerimiah was also very thorough and quick!
