When our two-year-old inverter failed, Proclaim Solar stepped in after the original company went out of business. Alex handled the transfer of service and replacement of the inverter smoothly. The system works perfectly now, thanks to Alex's swift action.

We did some research on solar and were not really convinced on going solar. The Proclaim people were in our neighborhood knocking on doors. They were very convincing so we hired them to fix our hail damaged roof and install solar. They did very well on the roof and cleaned up everything when they left. The solar was installed and it took several calls to the owner before the trash was finally hawled away. We have been solar for one year. We never noticed any difference on our electric bill. After calling our electric provider we discovered we are not producing any energy. I called Proclaim and was given a troubleshooting video and it worked. We are now producing. We were told before we agreed to go solar that someone would be out to make sure everything was working when they finished installing and the system was working that did not happen. Just keep calling and make sure the company you go with follows through with what they promised. The system has been working for a month. I will update my post after a few months and let you know how things are working with the solar.

The owner is straightforward, licensed, and bonded. He clearly explains the required materials and provides a detailed estimate. His pricing is very reasonable compared to other contractors. Highly recommended!

Biggest mistake I’ve ever made, they were very pushy coming 3-4 times a week after I had just delivered my baby and had surgery shortly after until I let them in and unfortunately signed for the panels. They were installed, promised a water filter for signing and insulation. Only completed the insulation part and the water filter is just sitting on the side of my house. I reached out to the sales men many times with no success. I even tried to reach them thru the financing company and no luck. I regret installing the panels so much.
