The two gentleman that came out to my house to install an air conditioner for my second floor could not have been kinder worked in the heat of the attic for 11 hours and did not stop if I could give them 10 stars each I would you are lucky to have two employee Such as these two fine gentlemen.

The appt. Was scheduled for the afternoon but he was dispatched to arrive in the early morning. He was very apologetic and mindful that I was working from home on a busy morning. When he was finished , he provided a full report and he was on his way. Very professional.

Tech David showed up about 15 minutes after I requested an emergency repair. He was kind, competent, and professional. He completed repair of the sink and AC pipes in a timely manner. Extra kudos to David because our AC unit was out so David was sweating and his clothes got soaked (sorry David). Great experience.

Heater/AC maintenance checkup. Technician was prompt, curteous, and friendly. Services were explained thoroughly and performed in a timely manner. We have been using Barts/Christmas for years and are very happy with their quality of work and knowledgeable technicians.

For starters, the technicians arrived between the time that I was told they would arrive. The service technician, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and helpful. he got the cool air going today for a good price and I felt good about the service I received so I asked for a quote for an entire unit replacement.

These folks are awesome! Always look forward to seeing Bill’s smiling face when he comes to do our bi-yearly service. Always friendly, never pushy, great with advice. Highly recommend!!
