Called Apex needing a new diaphragm for a commercial toilet and Brandon answered! Once I arrived Brandon met me with a smile and had my part sitting out on the counter waiting for me! BRANDON IS THE MAN! If you need advice, or that impossible to find part for your plumbing project, I HIGHLY recommend Brandon at ASC!!! Today I had a major project (it was major for me because I'm not a professional). I was going to Home Depot, then I thought, let me try this place, they're smaller and probably have better service than the big guys. I hit the jackpot!!!

I told Brandon how important this project was to me and that i needed to finish it ASAP. He talked me through the entire process, and told me exactly what I needed and why.

It turns out he had all the parts I needed except one. Instead of telling me he could order the part and I could come back and get it in a few days HE WENT ONLINE AND FOUND THE PART AT ONE OF HIS COMPETITORS!!! HE EVEN CALLED AHEAD AND TOLD THEM TO HAVE IT READY WHEN I ARRIVED (which they did).

If I ever have another plumbing emergency, there's only one place im going!
