Anthony seemed to have a chip on his shoulder today. Very defensive. I tried to explained what was wrong and what the issue we were having. He seemed not to be having it today. I get it working in customer service can get the best of me as well sometimes. The other technician asked for a drink when we were busy with happy hour we rang it up and he walked off without paying. We had a carhop go out and get payment. I get it we all have off days . I didn't feel like today was all that professional

Angel and Eli came to fix our lights at Buffalo Wild Wings. They were professional, explained the issues clearly, and offered solutions for the problems. All our lights are working and we finally have clarification on issues that we have had for over a year. Great company and super great techs.
