Desde la primera vez le llamé me hizo esperar una semana para empezar, la cita la teníamos a las 10 y llego a la 1, de la tarde eso que tuve que llamarle para preguntar si iba al venir. Llegó y reviso la lavadora y fue otra semana para encargar partes, la lavadora trabajo 2 minutos y se volvió a descomponer, y dijo que era otra cosa. En fin me hizo perder casi tres semanas y al parecer estaba atinando a ver lo que tenía la lavadora y no pudo arreglar la a falla me hizo perder bastante tiempo y dinero en partes y no la pudo arreglar. Aunque regreso creo el dinero de mano de obra perdí dinero en partes e ir a lavar en lavadoras públicas y bastante tiempo. No lo recomiendo porque su palabra no concuerda con sus hechos.

Very good service. Mr. Martin performed maintenance on our Samsung dryer and replaced power cord and heating element.

Washing machine was not working. Showed up for all of a minute to tell us it doesn’t work and charged 60$ to tell us it no longer works. I understand you drove here and took your time but that’s ridiculous high fee for telling us what we already know.

The person in charge or the owner only says they are going to come and never shows up. Terrible service. On top of that, they respond very rudely. They should pay more attention to customer service; customers are paying, not getting anything for free.”

I had a technician come on last Wednesday. Today they were supposed to come to install the broken part….I got a text saying on the way, about an hour later I got another text saying job complete and to rate my technician. The guy never came and never finished the job. So here I am a family of 5 with no washer, spending $100 at the laundry mat every couple of days cause Sears doesn’t know how to do their job. Sears was quick to charge our extended warranty $500. This is horrible service.
