I hired Southwest Projects to help fix up our backyard, and they did an amazing job. The team was really respectful and always showed up on time. They explained everything clearly and made sure we were happy with how it was going. Now our yard looks clean, organized, and way better than before. We hired this company for landscaping and a privacy fence. The landscaping work was done well, we had turf and rocks installed and have no complaints regarding that portion of the project.

Unfortunately, the privacy fence has been a major issue. The fence posts were not cemented into the ground, and shortly after installation the fence began pulling away from the wall. The rock wall supporting the fence is now falling apart, and the gate no longer opens properly.

We contacted the company multiple times as soon as these issues started. They did attempt one repair to the wall, but it failed, and the problems continued. We have been consistently calling and following up since then. Now, they are refusing to come back and fix the issues, stating it has been over five months, despite the fact that we reported the problems early and repeatedly.

It is also concerning to see what appear to be employees leaving positive reviews, which does not reflect our experience with the fence installation or the lack of follow-up and accountability.

While the landscaping portion met expectations, the quality of the fence installation and the customer service afterward have been very disappointing. We would not recommend them for fencing work unless these issues are addressed and properly resolved

These guys were amazing. Did my landscaping and privacy fencing everything came out perfect as planned would definitely recommend Oscar helped me out a lot but the whole team in general was very helpful throughout the process.

DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY. They have no idea what they are doing and should not be licensed in Texas to do Construction work. Absolute clowns beware of this company and definitely look elsewhere if you need construction work done

Arturo was super reasonable with his pricing for landscaping. He started work on time and kept a crew at it until they finished. I even ended up doing some extra work. I will definitely use them again. I can’t recommend them enough.
