I just had my air ducts cleaned and I am very impressed with the service and process i hired a carpet and restoration company before and was very disappointed i had dust blowing out within days. I had a great experience with Hi-Tech. JR is especially knowledgeable about dryervendr systems. If you have a dryer that vents to the roof you should have him inspect and clean the vent.

Did a very good job of recleaning carpets originally poorly cleaned by a different company. The prices are good for the quality of work...

Lesson? Dont try to save a few bucks on a three room special...you'll be much happier with Hi-Tech.

Did a great job cleaning a chimney that had not been used for many, many years. Technician was on time, did a thorough job, and left everything clean. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

Very professional, fair price, on time (and communicative about arrival time; same day!), excellent work done. In addition, the technician also provided valuable information on future "fix-its" that ensure my home's safety, without pushing any additional services. Only negative thing I can say is that I took too long to schedule them to come out and clean my A/C ducts. I’m not used to El Paso service providers answering email inquiries, but for some reason I keep trying, and I’m very glad I did. JR responded within minutes even after hours and arranged the on-site estimate. He explained in detail what that covered. It wasn’t the cheapest quotation, but I took it anyway because last time I tried the cheapest option I was left questioning if anything was actually done. Not this time: every vent is sparkling clean and they even went above and beyond and vacuumed up the floors after they were done! I was thinking I’d have to do that myself. By far the best duct cleaning service I’ve ever experienced in any city, and I’ll be calling them back for a chimney cleaning when the time comes, for sure.

Exceptional work, very professional, kept me abreast of times, arrivals, work, etc. I was in particular pleasantly surprised how clean the process was. Additionally before leaving Hi Tech made sure our house was cleaned as it was upon their arrival. This is my second review of Hi Tech as I was so pleased.
