In a day and age where everyone is on a budget and efficiency is key, especially in Texas heat… these people were on point with their service. Our technician was Coby and he was running a bit later than our appointment window due to his proximity. He called ahead to let us know and still came out to us, even though it was late. Mini-split was charged and done. We needed an adjustment on our bill when he was done and everyone at the office was happy to oblige that, which was impressive.
