We didn’t know what to expect when we called for a foundation repair specialist to come inspect our place and were pleasantly impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge Mike Luttrell came in with. The whole process was quick & efficient and you could tell Mike was in this line of work for a long time by his seasoned skills. B&P came out to do an estimate for foundation repairs on our slab foundation. Like most homeowners we feared the worst. In our case they found that we were within tolerance for the settling and they recommended that no work should be done. He recommended that we watch the area and also made recommendations for us for reducing the risk of further settling. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough and respectful and very pleasant to work with.

B&P installed 47 piers to our foundation including 11 interior piers to stabilize our foundation. At the time, we could not open our back door, lock our front door or operate our garage door. We had numerous interior and exterior cracks in our house. They lifted our house by 3/4 inches, and all but 1 crack was closed up. All our doors are now operational again and we could not be more pleased. We made a last minute decision to tunnel under rather than drill in our kitchen, and Breck gave us a very fair price adjustment to accommodate us. Breck and his crew also worked around rainy weather and still got the job done in a week. I highly recommend B&P for any and all foundation repairs you may have.

Breck added exterior concrete piers, and shimmed our house foundation. Afterwards, he came back to the property twice to check on and explain the concerns we had (all concerns due to our lack of knowledge in the foundation repair and process). He even came back a month later to add joist to help secure the subfloor in one area. All this customer service, at no additional cost- that means he truly does care and wants the best for his clients.

I sell homes for a living and in North Texas, we have a lot of foundation issues. I have a client who is buying a house and we needed an inspection on the foundation, prior to closing. The company that originally repaired the foundation had a two week wait time for them to do an inspection. Therefore, I called Breck Miller at B&P Foundation Repair and he met with my client and I the very next day! You would expect calling a different company from who did the original did the foundation repairs would try and sell you something. Not Breck at B&P Foundation Repair. He performed a very thorough inspection and at the end, said the people that originally did the work, did a good job. He even complimented the engineering company they used. While we only used Breck for an inspection, his honestly speaks volumes for what this company is about. I will always use B&P Foundation Repair for any future needs I may have!

I found B&P Foundation Repair company through google search. The owner came out to our home to inspect the floor leveling through out the house to see if foundation repairs were needed. After his inspection, he found that certain areas of the home were outside of the tolerance. I was afraid of how much it might cost, but luckily, his quoted price was very reasonable. After we decided to use his company, he scheduled the repair within a week. His workers were efficient and timely. It's been 14 months since we had the work done. We are very happy with the results of our foundation repairs. We shopped around before deciding who to use and had some of the “Big named advertisers” you see and hear on TV/Radio come out. They were all very inconsistent with their test results Which made us feel indecisive if we needed repairs or not. But it was obvious to us we had an issue needing resolved. Once we met with B&P Foundation (Breck Miller) we had a more clear understanding of what really needed to be done and where our issues were. We are so glad we chose them. Very professional and he noticed things we had never even noticed ourselves or by the other companies as far as cracks outside the home. Things the other companies missed altogether. Also, We had recently put in river stone flower bed edging this spring and I was thinking that would have to be redone after all the digging since we had the giant shrubs removed that were damaging our foundation. But not only did they protect all of that with tarps and such and the rocks are all still in place ... After the work was done they cleaned everything up nicely. We had just had flash flooding so there was so much mud that they had to deal with. When they were done and I drove up to the house the first time I was very impressed that everything looked good and ready for us to replant foundation friendly shrubs.

Four years ago we hired B & P Foundation Repair to alleviate issues we had with the east side of our home’s foundation. They did an excellent job of repairing our foundation. The crew was on-time, courteous, and professional and did a great job on cleanup. After this year’s drought we had issues with the west side of our foundation. The brickwork had begun to separate. Once again we called upon B & P and they performed above expectations. Looking at the outside of our home you would not be able to tell that there were issues with the brick.
