I couldn’t be happier with the irrigation system installed at my new home! From start to finish, the experience was 100% stress-free and professional. The team was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain exactly how the zones would work to keep my new lawn looking perfect. They are prompt to return your text, prompt to schedule your service and do a thorough job inspecting your entire sprinkler system. Pricing is fair and very reasonable. Most of all, Pedro makes all the difference in the world. Kind, caring and very professional every time he comes out. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.

I have been using Corbie for about 2-3 months now. I am very pleased with the lawn mowing services that they are providing. Always comes on the prescribed day, nice clean mowing, edging, and always blows everything off. The cost of the service is very reasonable and comparable to other companies that I have used. I would highly recommend Chorbie! I particularly like my lawn technician Penaloza. He is thorough, clean and always does a great job. Shows up, and gets down to work as scheduled. Very neat. My lawn always looks great. I highly recommend Penaloza.

We have been a Chorbie customer for 6 years and over the last year the service and quality have been dropping off. We admired and enjoyed the results at the beginning but our service lately has us wondering what will be wrong next time.

We received our treatment on May 15th and I was not pleased with the service. I called once I was able to review the treatment and got an automated message that suggested I send a text to the number I called. I sent a text with photos and did not receive a response. I called again and got the automated message. To this day no one has contacted me.

I saw no evidence of fungicide application. The fertilizer application was very spotty. I attached pictures to the text message showing large areas of the yard where no fertilizer or fungicide was visible. Someone must have received my messages because the technician came back and applied the fungicide but did not apply fertilizer to the areas he missed.

I reviewed my security camera video, and it proves what I already knew. The technician did not cover the entire yard during the fertilizer application. His pattern was haphazard, lazy, and it is evident he does not know how to walk a yard using an effective pattern to broadcast fertilizer. When he came back to broadcast the fungicide he over applied on the sidewalks/walkway and didn't use a blower to clean up. I am certain the technician's actions in the video would cause any reasonable person to question if this is the right technician for the job whether they are a customer or an employee.

We paid $66.89 for this shoddy treatment. We don't want a refund. The lack of response and declining quality of service says enough.

There is nothing to value with this service. The previous convenience of Chorbie was wiped out due to lazy applications and terrible customer service.

Chorbie has done a phenomenal job getting rid of my weeds and now with the fertilization treatments, my lawn is coming back to life! The workers, for both the mowing and fertilizing, are very professional and polite, especially Lloyd, who took his time discussing the treatment process. I would highly recommend Chorbie to keep your lawn looking healthy and beautiful. 🤩

So frustrated and disappointed. I contacted this company to get an estimate for work that needs to be done on our property in Frisco. Jeremy sounded great and after explaining what I needed to be done, instead of receiving an estimate, I received a list of yard service and the pricing. I put a check mark next to the ones I was interested and waited to receive the estimate for the actual work that I wanted done. Next, I received another email asking me for my card number! I contacted them and Andrew couldn’t find the information needed. He promised me that a supervisor will contact me on the same day. No one ever called me back. Absolutely terrible experience.

This was our first service from Chorbie. Lloyd was our tech who came out to the house and spoke with me thoroughly on dtailed info of what I should expect from Chorbie and his personal attention to my lawn care needs. I was impessed by his knowledge on my special breed of St. Augustine grass and the wide variety of other services Chorbie could help me out with in the future. He was happy to chat with me for a good bit of time to ensure I was satisfied even before he began his treatment for the day. So far so really good.

I started using Chorbie this year for my yard maintenance - fertilizer and weed control. They do a great job, and I am proud of how healthy and weed-free my grass is! Elric treated the lawn today. He worked efficiently and added what my yard needs to keep it green and thriving!

We have used their lawn/fertilizer service for several months based on a recommendation from a neighbor. We have not been impressed. There have been numerous areas that were simply not mowed. We would contact them and they always had an excuse and said the issue would be remedied. Last week, the service guy who mowed propped open our gate with a large rock. He forgot to remove the rock and close the gate. Our dog got out!! Luckily, I was home and we have trained him to go to the front door. This could have been disastrous for our pup not to mention that the opening left our backyard exposed to intruders and the possibility of someone drowning in the pool. My husband promptly called and asked to speak with a manager on the same day. We have yet to receive a call back. Needless to say, we will not be using this service ever again. I would rate this company a zero if I could!

Talked to Mads regarding the price for my first lawn mow today. I was charged higher than what was quoted. Mads took care of today's service as well as discounts going forward. No problems resolving the issue. Great professionalism and great customer service. Thanks again Mad
