We had a main water line leak in the evening and honestly nobody was answering. I searched "plumber near me" and found FPP Plumbing. They picked up right away and sent a plumber out the same evening. He found the broken pipe thay was leaking, fixed it fast, and explained everything on site. We were really happy with the service and glad we found them. Definitely recommending FPP Plumbing if you need an emergency plumber in Frisco.

We had a pipe outside burst and start leaking near the shut-off valve and PRV. I contacted them, and a plumber showed up in about 30 min. Everything was fixed the same day. Very happy with the service. Ty guys!

FPP did a great job for us today and at a very reasonable price. They got a plumber out within about two hours of our first request. The plumber was able to diagnose the issue immediately, advise us of potential fixes (and their pros/cons), and then complete the fix within about 15 minutes. I had a water leak coming from my water heater and needed an emergency plumber. The plumber arrived within about 20 minutes, stopped the leak, and inspected the unit. He explained clearly that the water heater needed to be replaced and answered all my questions. The water heater was located in the attic, which made the job more complex. They offered a fair and reasonable price considering the attic installation and the scope of work. It wasn’t cheap, but the pricing made complete sense. They also recommended the best water heater option for my home. The water heater replacement was done the same day. They pulled the city permit and handled the city inspection, so everything was done the right way. I’m extremely happy with the service, pricing, and response time. This is now my go-to plumber for anything. Highly recommend FPP Plumbing.

I don't recommend this company. Their diagnosis for an issue I had with my A/C unit was incorrect. They wanted to charge me over two thousand dollars for the repairs so I got a second opinion. The other company that provided the second opinion found the problem was a loose terminal. They reconnected it and only charged me for the service call. My unit has worked fine since then.

If there was an option for 0 star I would be happy to give that. A man came to our house to give an estimate for installation on a tankless hot
water heater that we were buying from Lowe's. He immediately told us that they really didn't install 220 hot water heaters but he had another option that he was selling not from Lowe's. After a few more minutes of his nonsensical ramblings, we asked him to leave.
UPDATE...
Even though we asked him to leave without discussing anything, he submitted an estimate of $6,300 for a small $600 electric tankless hot water with installation.

They were very good about keeping me informed about the status all along the way. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Can't say enough about the guy that came out I appreciate the help Little mess up on the address but they took care of it. Chris T. Showed up pretty quick looked at the problem he was able to retrieve some wipes that were put down get everything cleared up we're back to running good value happy to have it done

I had a new Gas Hot Water heater installed and Rescue Rooter was who Lowe’s Referred me to in the store. The service was excellent. The Lowe’s Water Heater (AO Smith Gas 50 Gallon) was $650, and the installation from Rescue Rooter was $2,200, Total $2850. While I thought this was high, it was about $500-$700 less than other licensed plumbing companies I had quotes from in Oak Cliff.

I hate to say it but ARS did a poor job and resolving my main sewer line issue! They tought they cleared the line but the next day it was clogged!!! I had to get a second opinion because the tech quoted me 16K to replace the entire line and the issue was a sock! I'm so glad the second guy cleared the line, I just hate it had to pay twice!! If ARS would of confirmed both ways I wouldn't have to give them two thumbs down! Folks get a second confirmation before paying for work that's not required!!!

The technicians who installed our new water heater were very professional. They made sure everything was hauled away & left no mess. They went our of their way to pet me dogs & were as close to perfect as I can imagine!
