Did an awning on the back of our house left it uncovered it rained and a cleaning company had to come in and suck out over 1200 gallons of water out of my house sheet rock had to be replaced and insulation they told they would cover the cost of clean up and 7000 dollars later of clean up and have not paid us back for it. And as of now because of it we can’t afford for my husband to have a very important surgery.. good job there affordable Dallas construction... The absolute worst company DO NOT USE THEM!!! They are liars and cheats...

SCAM and FRAUD... Do NOT CONTRACT THEM. They will take your money.
Dallas Construction has not completed our patio that we paid for. They cashed our check as quickly as they could and have not completed work.
Signed agreement on June 4, 2016 and it is July 8, 2016 a month later and Dallas Construction (ROD) has not communicated any update on finishing our patio. His work is NOT professional at all.

The most friendly people, honest hard-working team of professionals. I always tell everyone about my how beautiful my new bathrooms, updated kitchen and my cedar patio were all done in a timely manner and not to mention affordable i recommend them to anyone that wants there projects done right the first time. Will be getting my living dining and family room next hardwood tile and carpet.

Nope!!!! We signed the contact. He did not come through. Didn’t even provide us with a copy of the contract. Originally said all three projects we were quoted could be finished in one week. That was far from the truth. Supposedly, the bathroom door we wanted took 2 months to ship from the manufacturer. But even after it shipped, it still took another month to install. This was mainly due to scheduled service calls and he was a no show. He scheduled 3 Saturdays in a row and cancelled. We waited all morning and afternoon for him before letting us no he was not going to make it. He said he would come back and touch up door with paint. That did not happen. When he came with the sink, it was not the sink we requested. We requested a stainless steel farm house sink. He showed up with a white porcelain sink. I kept saying I didn’t like it and it did not match anything we have in our kitchen. Yet, he insisted on placing that sink next to our old sink so we could consider it. He scratched up our kitchen counter with that sink and then suggested we get new counter tops. He said he would come back and buff the scratches out. That did not happen. When I texted him asking about the difference in money paid and work done, we never heard back from him again. He NEVER communicated why we were not owed any money back from original quote. It wasn’t until I left a bad review that he responded. He responded to the review saying the door cost more than originally quoted so no money was left to refund. That’s not our problem. Had we known the bathroom door was going to cost us almost $1,000 , we would not have signed the contract.

Do not hire this contractor- Rod. He's a scam artist. I paid him advance to do a job at my house which was being sold, however the buyer of the house vehemently refused to let me have the work done by Rod after he saw the BBB ratings. Instead of asking for refund I figured I could use him to do another job at my new house. I asked him to place gutter screens - he sent couple of amateurs after 2 plus weeks of delaying and postponing - the guys were so unqualified that they brought the wrong size screens twice and furthermore, ended up damaging my gutters. I have pics and videos if anyone wants to contact me. At that point I was very frustrated and demanded him to refund my money and repair my gutter neither of which happened. He did not respond to my BBB complaint as well and per the agency he has used BBB name fraudulently as well claiming to be accredited by them when he actually has a F rating- I also noticed that atleast one of the positive reviews here on google is by an electrician that works for him. Please do your due diligence before hiring this unscrupulous contractor. Do not be fooled if he offers to beat other competitors. You get what you pay for. I know at least 2 of his sub contractors who left because he didn't don't pay them. He brings kids to job sites which also is a real liability.

Dallas construction Coeporation has completed both my project with the utmost attention to detail. I am very pleased with the results. Over the years I have hired many construction company’s. This by far is the best experience I have had. The quality and craftsmanship impressive. From the first day it was a pleasure working with this team.
I recommend them highly for residential and commercial. They built my restaurant and my new house exactly or better than I had originally envisioned it.

Grand Prairie Construction did a great job at our room additions projects. They are pleasant to work with. Very knowledge. A great help with the design and the entire construction project. If you want your job done by good professionals call them. You will be glad you did.

Good handyman for carpentry. Nice guy.
But, not for jobs that need permits and inspections. Had to redo a lot of the work Rod and his one young worker did. Electric work was not even close to code and same with plumbing. Burned me for at least $10k, maybe more. GFI in bathroom not separate and wrong gauge wire for instance. Outlets and plugs wired very poorly. Had to pay to redo the entire electrical they did. Had to rip out plumbing for new bathroom. Venting incorrect. Drain for sink at wrong height. Supply wrong size pipe. Work around water heater was installed unprofessionally.
Put in a new toilet upstairs that ruined my dining room below.
Put in a shed in the Oncor easement by over a foot.
Messy work site and crap piled everywhere. I had to keep my remodel cleaned up myself.
Took the loss and fired him thank god!!!
