I spoke with Sara and her level of customer service and knowledge is impressive. She even had the foresight to ask about HOA rules when helping me think about tree options. Sara and Mario did a wonderful job. Sara is very helpful with all your questions and is promp to respond. Mario did a wonderful job planting my new trees and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company.

Great nursery. Largest trees in pots I’ve seen, some of them 30 years old! They offer free design consultations at home and Sara was able to come and design our yard and provide recommendations for plants based on location and lighting etc. she was very knowledgeable and I really liked her suggestions. Prices for plants are reasonable considering the plants are high quality in large pots. Highly recommend.

I needed some expert assistance with some holly trees for a location around my pool. Alyssa greeted me as I walked in and very professionally guided me through the process from A-Z. She patiently showed me the differences in my choices and did it all with a huge smile. I highly recommend this location as a repeat customer! Alyssa you ROCK!!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Moon Valley Nurseries. Cole Schulz was very knowledgeable about the care of trees, and he worked very hard to get discounts for us. They are very detail oriented and very friendly. We would use them again.

Steven and Adyson were extremely helpful in helping me understand how to best care for my windmill palm and rose trees that are getting too much water. We have been customer's of Moon Valley for over 2 years. They helped us select beautiful trees and planting went smoothly. One of 14 trees ended up getting an illness, but not to worry Moon Valley was quick to assist and schedule the replacement. Sara B. has held our hand along the way and has executed to perfection. Five star experience! I stopped there to look at citrus trees and was lucky enough to meet Cole Schulz, who was polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable.
He and I got to talking about a home landscaping project my wife and I have been meaning to do, and all it took was one visit to our home from Cole and we had an amazing design proposal and were on the schedule.

I live in a neighborhood that does not allow privacy fences. After living in my house and my neighbors getting a pool and started looking into living fences and privacy hedges. After doing some research I reached out to Cole at MVN. He came to my house and measured my fenceline, met me at the nursery to pick out trees and came back to oversee the project. I ended up going with Arizona Cypress and Dwarf Holly bushes that will grow quickly and give the privacy I'm wanting. The planting team was friendly and worked quickly. My family enjoyed working with Cole and his team...even my Great Dane.

Sara Brennan was so awesome when I came to see her about a rosemary. She helped me and then encouraged me that I could keep it alive. One thing led to another and she invested time in our landscaping with plans and what we could do. Really enjoyed working with her!

Moon Valley is truly a gem! I had previously purchased two trees and planted them from another nursery, they quickly started to die. I was told I was able to return them so I started to look on the web and found moon valley and I found two beautiful Shumard Red Oaks! Only to find out I can't return the previously purchased trees, I was very disappointed but Una, and Preston found a way to get me my beautiful trees. They planted them July 9th and they look absolutely stunning! Dont look else where for your plants and trees the variety they have is amazing you'll find everything under one roof and the staff (Una, Preston) are great! You get a warranty if you choose to let them plant it and they're very fair with pricing! Overall excellent experience!

Alyssa and Jeff really took care of what i needed; both for the immediate and the coming year; i called in to a half dozen nurseries over the last week, and when I called in to Moon Valley, Alyssa was the only person who have me her name on the phone; when I came in same day, the knowledge and the imagination were both there alongside a degree of professionalism that was undeniable; not only did i get what i needed on the day, but there is an action plan that may come to fruition a year from now, which i may not be present for, for health reasons; Moon Valley understands what it means to cultivate life, and i can't recommend then highly enough. I walked in hopeful, and I walked out happy.

We had such a great first experience at Moon Valley Nurseries! My wife and I came in looking for something to liven up our back patio, and Steven was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. As first-time visitors, we weren’t exactly sure what would work best for our space, but Steven took the time to ask questions, explain our options, and guide us toward the perfect plant. His knowledge made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We left not only with a beautiful addition for our patio but also with confidence that we made the right choice. Adyson at Moon Valley Nurseries was great to work with. He helped me replace a few trees that didn’t make it, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process really easy. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend working with him.

Just bought my trees today, so this review is for the great customer service we got from the designer, Cole. I called just to ask a question about a flyer we received, and he booked us an appointment for the very next day. He asked for pictures and by the time he arrived he already had a plan for us. I wasn't hopeful that anything could fix our privacy situation, but I think Cole has found the solution. He even offered to come back on the day of planting to make sure everything goes as planned! Once trees go in I will update the review!

Addison at the Grapevine location is the gift!! He gave my family a wonderful tree to celebrate this season and was the perfect example of what CHRISTmas is all about! I’m grateful for his service and generosity. We had the best experience getting a tree — they were fast, efficient, and extremely kind.

Regretfully I cannot recommend the Moon Valley Grapevine store. Asking them to correct various issues created by their employees only leads to false promises and no show appointments. Once the trees were purchased and planted by Moon Valley, I was blatantly lied to regarding their efforts to fix the damage they caused to my sprinkler system and the shotty job of planting one tree. I ended up digging up the sprinkler system myself in 95° heat and repairing the broken pvc pipe so I could water my yard; I am 74 years old with physical limitations. There seems to be too many lazy and incompetent managers and not enough workers. Sorry guys, I gave you 4 or 5 opportunities to help me correct these problems and YOU turned your back on me!
