i hired Bright Star Carpet Care two different times. the first time was for cleaning the basement carpet. it was really old and the padding had turned to powder. leonard came and cleaned the carpet, sanitized everything, and removed the old glue. it took a little longer than planned but he only charged me what he said he would. he also cleaned my stairs even though that wasn’t included. the second time, i hired for a deep carpet cleaning in the living room. he did an amazing job and went above what i expected. he even cleaned some carpet stains in the hallway and took care of a tough spot on the rug. his rates are very reasonable, he’s professional, and always does a thorough job.
