Very unprofessional. Our complex has been working with this company, and they stopped maintaining the pool because they know our property is for sale. Our pool is no longer safe to swim in, and they are not responsive to our repair requests.

We have used Weber Pools for 7+ years and they have always provided timely service and honest input on repairs needed.

This owner is unresponsive and does not care about his customers. I have called him and texted him multiple time and he hasn’t responded to become a customer. I have reached out to previous reviewers and they also comment that he is unresponsive. The address is a post office and doesn’t exist as a storefront in any way. I suggest you find another purveyor.

My pool company subcontracted Kevin at Weber pools to do a reverse osmosis on my pool. He had some equipment failure that caused my pool to drain several feet of water and his hose leaked something on my concrete around the pool and it has permanently stained it. When this was brought to his attention by my pool company, he ghosted them. He took no accountability for the stain, the water that had to be replaced, or the incomplete job.
