Timely response and professional crew. They really helped us out of a bad situation with significant water damage. I am lowering this from 5 stars to 4 stars because of the crazy amount of emails I have received from TRC after their service to leave a review, after I already left a 5 star review! Please stop emailing me asking for reviews.

Matt Frank and his teams are top notch, best in the business. Friendly, compassionate, with extreme attention to detail. No matter the time, I can call him for help. Absolutely, hands down, amazing company. Juan and Henry are fantastic.

In early September of 2023, a storm damaged my roof, fence, and interior of my house. I knew who to contact for the roof and fence repairs, but I had no idea who I should call for the interior damage -- water stained/damaged sheetrock and insulation. My insurance provided the name TRC Restoration as one of their preferred contractors. Adam & Rudy came out to assess my damages. I asked them to also provide an estimate for removing the existing popcorn ceiling and replacing it with an "orange peel" texture. Rudy assembled his team to remove the popcorn, replace water damaged sheetrock, replace water damaged insulation, retexture the ceiling, and paint. The work crew was careful to protect my furniture and wood floors, they were professional, courteous, & efficient. I'm not going to lie, the popcorn removal was especially messy, and I thought there was no way my house would ever be rid of all the dust and debris. But after all the repairs were finished, TRC sent out a cleaning crew and they made everything spic and span. I am 100% pleased with the results. Thank you to everyone at TRC Restoration.

It all started with a grease fire in the kitchen. My insurance gave me a list of companies to choose from and TRC was on the list. After going over what needed to be done they got on the job in the next three day and did a amazing job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend. Y'all should give them a call with all your restoration needs.

Would NOT recommend!! My house was heavily damaged due to a tragic event which left me victimized. This company was recommended by my insurance company. I felt like I was being victimized all over again dealing with this company. I hired TRC in July 2022. In January 2023, they still had not started the work. My complaint to the manager fell on deaf ears. I lived in a dungeon for months boarded up windows in the dead of winter, and constantly had people showing up measuring and remeasuring. I ordered the carpet in July. In December or January,, the project leader told me to pick out some carpet. Apparently, they waited so long to order….that what I originally ordered months before was now no longer available. I was home bound, took care of my 89 year old mother (who has dementia) and a very protective guard dog. I was constantly having to wheel my way to the front door (because I could not walk) and secure the dog at a moments notice. Then I was told that I would have to take my mom and stay somewhere for a week so they could refinish a bookcase. It got to a point that I could no longer handle the constant interruptions and incompetence of this company. I sold the house which we owned for fifteen years just to keep my sanity. They started work the week I moved out. I would never recommend these people.

We had a bad water leak back in April. Had to replace wood floors in our dining room and entry way, as well as kitchen base cabinets and the tile flooring in the bathroom. TRC was very professional, punctual and responsive. Rudy explained everything, answered all of our questions and walked us through every step of the process. He even took my calls on weekends. I would definitely recommend TRC to someone who needs this type of cleanup and repair.

Every experience I have had with this company has been phenomenal! They are prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient. This is my second time using Trc, they did a great job the first time so I trusted them to get the job done again. They worked around my schedule and were flexible. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them and use them again.

We had a large restoration caused by a flood and TRC was a great choice for our project. They handled all the interaction with our Insurance and coordinated the entire rebuild, always with great follow up and professionalism.

We had a fire and called TRC Restoration based on the recommendation of our insurance company. We had completely remodeled our home the year prior to the fire, so working with contractors is definitely something we are familiar with. During construction of any kind, unexpected surprises will happen. When these surprises came up with our fire reconstruction TRC responded to these in the most professional manner. TRC has been the best team we have ever worked with. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. We worked closely with Mike and Wes throughout the reconstruction process and they have been honest, available to answer questions and have meetings, and genuinely caring. I don’t trust anyone else now that I have had the TRC experience. We will always recommend TRC to everyone.

When we had a water line break in our home that flooded our entire downstairs, we selected TRC Restoration to mitigate the initial damage and also to oversee the complete restoration of our home. We could not have been more pleased with the services they provided. From the beginning until the end of the restoration process, the entire staff provided excellent communication, professionalism and service. If we ever have another incident like this happen to our home, we would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needed the services they provide.

I cannot praise this company enough. Our entire house needed to be refloored, along with some other reconstruction, after our AC flooded. I've never been more stressed in my life, and I had no idea where to start. After being given the runaround by a different mitigation company in the area, I was understandably wary. However, I called this company after being referred by multiple people, and they did not disappoint.

The estimator arrived promptly, explained the process to me in detail, and patiently answered all my questions. They worked directly with my insurance company while keeping me informed every step of the way. I never experienced an unanswered call or email, nor was I ever left wondering about anything. As soon as the insurance company granted them permission, the project manager coordinated with me to begin right away. They assisted me in working with a pack-out company to move my belongings and even helped me choose the flooring type and color, and navigated a minor hiccup along the way (due to the age of my house, which was something they couldn't control). The work they did was fantastic, from the floors to the paint, to the cabinets. My house looks absolutely beautiful. They were punctual, informative, patient, kind, and all-around great people.

We had an excellent experience with TRC after sustaining fire damage to our garage. The communication from Mike and his team was consistent, clear and accurate. The team delivered the project on time and kept the site clean while minimizing the impact on our family. I would highly recommend TRC for any restoration needs for a professional partner in the process.

Everyone we worked with at TRC was great. My first contact was with Adam getting estimates and dealing with the insurance, he really made it easy. He was Professional and knowledgeable. We received great quality of work from the plumber, the cabinet maker, the drywaller, painter, tiler, flooring, carpet installer even the cleaning crew! And around every step was my exceptional project manager Rudy. It’s so hard to find good customer service anymore but Rudy was fantastic. Quick to respond to every concern or question I had, kept everyone on track and helped out. Our project is completed now and the outcome is just fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with my new restored bathroom and bedroom after a not so fun plumbing leak.

I used TRC Restoration in 2014 when I had a house fire. Top notch service then. In July 2024 my house flooded because of a broken water line. I woke up to 2 to 3 inches of water throughout my house. I called TRC and they were at my door within 2 hours and went to work getting things dried out. Ruben and Raymond have worked tirelessly to get things in order. I will be working with TRC over the next several months now once again to get my house fixed. If you have a disaster at your home, I highly recommend TRC Restoration.
