The service man was very polite very knowledgeable went about his business. Seem to do everything that needed doing and he was certainly a pleasure I complement you on your employees.

David Patchell was my plumber. He quickly diagnosed my plumbing problem. Dave provided me with an accurate estimate of the cost and fixed my problem. When he was finished, he cleaned everything up and explained everything that was done. Dave was outstanding and earned my 5 stars. I highly recommend David and Strittmatter for any plumbing needs.

Decided to call Strittmatter bc the company that AHS sent us didn’t fix the problem. They didn’t have a camera and AHS’s policy of only fixing detailed systems within the house boundary applied. So we got Strittmatter and they used a camera and figured out the problem as a break in the line caused by outside contractors with the boring machine. So they expedited the fix with the digging team coming out the same day and then coming back and fixing the break in the same day. Really appreciate their work. Now hopefully we won’t have any more issues and can go back to normal usage of appliances.

Noel provided a great service, he performed both furnace maintenance and explained clearly what he did and the current condition of the same.

The plumber spent hours evaluating BUT NEVER SENT ME THE QUOTE OR MY RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT!!! I WANT A REFUND! SCHEDULING A SERVICE IS ALSO A NIGHTMARE.

We had a bad experience with one technician, but the company sent another tech immediately who did a great job! The owner of the company reached out due to our experience, apologized, then he did even more to help us. Davod Hicks came after to clean the ducts and did an amazing job! I will continue to use Frymire Home Services.

It was easy to make an agreeable appoint time. Mark was on time at my house. He did all the things necessary to assure me that my AC unit was working properly and gave me some tips on keeping it working properly in the future.

Tried to call to schedule service as a first time customer. Some automated AI chat bot said they won’t service my account. We don’t have an account, and I never gave an address or anything…and it wouldn’t confirm what address it thinks it has for me. But I live a couple miles from this business…which is why I called.

Horrible customer service choice letting a chat bot refuse service. I’ll try somewhere else and update who you should use when I find a better option. Stay tuned.
