I purchase a KS smartcode DBLT POL BRASS (smart code lock) for the front door in my house I pay almost $100
I processed to remove my old lock and replace it with the new one when I was on my last step I find out the battery box was broken and rusty I went back to home depot and ask the lady at customer service if they can replace only the battery box because take me about one hour to remove the old one and install the new one and it was late and I don't want to live the door with out the lock she said sure that's not a problem go talk to the person on the department (Daniel Alcala) he refused to help me and unprofessional I decided to come back the next day and return everything and the lady at customer service recognized me and ask me why they didn't just change the part they usually do it I explain her what happened and she report him.
I told her they just loose a customer that spent a lot of money on their store.
