What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency, even though they delivered bad news, they were truthful, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I used this company in 2019 for repair and the communication then was shotty-
I called them twice last week and also emailed them twice and finally got a call today-
A week later!!! Really?
