Good customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and unfortunately, MIF Contracting failed miserably. I received an email from Zandra M. on September 28th asking if I would like an estimate for everything on the inspection report I submitted to them on September 20th? I replied the same day "yes everything on the report". Total radio silence until I reached out again on October 9th and was told someone would call me back, which they never did...I don't chase any company to supply them with business and my hard earned money!
I guess I dodged a bullet with this company, because if you don't have the integrity and business ethics to return a potential customers call for an estimate, then you can't be trusted to complete the renovations I need.
