Paid $6,000 up front to perform an installation. Called the very next day to cancel as installation was no longer needed. Luis (Owner) advised they would refund money. Two months later still no refund. Will not return calls, text nor come to their door at office. Stoled $6,000 from me with no remorse or retribution. I would highly recommend all to stay far away from this company as they have shown themselves to be very dishonest, unethical and thief's!

Very poorly parked got out with a case of beer had to call hotel to get pictures of the way they where parked got Pictures if anybody needs to see them of the way they parked would never recommend this company they can't even train their people to park inside their lime unless build something.

Honestly, though, I wouldn't think of hiring another commercial mechanical and plumbing contractor. These guys are legacy and a legend in the industry. I'm thankful to be there. Even after 30+ years, I'm learning....

Your driver driving truck numbered 505, license plate number GTT4634 needs to take some defensive driving courses. He just came across three lanes of traffic on 288 almost taking out the front of my car. There absolutely can’t be an emergency so dire that he’s willing to risk the lives of others getting there. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

One star for L&S, five stars for Harold. We had just purchased a brand new house on a Wednesday. A problem was noted with the HVAC system when we moved in on Saturday. When we contacted L&S, they indicated it was not an emergency and would send a tech out on Monday. I’m not impressed with the company at all. On Monday, Harold was sent out and was very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem. Two units were wired incorrectly. Harold reworded the units correctly and no problem has been noted since that time.

Rory is the best. Knowledgeable, and respectful. L&S is lucky to have him. He has been sent to my house on a few separate occasions and each time did an outstanding job.

Came in to fix a hose on my dishwasher. He was fast and knew exactly what to do and explained to me everything he did. Very professional! Will recommend this company to everyone!

We scheduled L&S Mechanical for HVAC and Plumbing. They responded quickly, and both service techs were friendly and professional. We have them scheduled annually for routine maintenance. Definitely recommend!

He was here in a timely manner. Found the issue and resolved it quickly and then explained the process of my drywall being replaced with the home builder very well. Recommend 10/10

L&S Mechanical is very professional and addressed all of our concerns. Our technician, Joseph Mets, was very knowledgeable and very informative about what our issues were. Even though we are out of warranty, he still treated us and our problem as if it was. If we ever have more issues, I’ll make sure to ask for Joseph!!

Will Barker Jr. repaired some warranty items at our house and he was professional, had a wonderful attitude, smiled and did an amazing job! I give him and this company 5 stars!!!

Matt was great, he arrived as scheduled and finished quickly. The only negative is a small part took over a month to arrive. I agree it was over the holidays but a small part for a leaky kitchen faucet shouldn’t take this long
