We have been using this company for years. Hands down the best customer service and quality work!

Completely genuinely honest company, who showed up when I called them at last minute and did an amazing job. They had my 6 year old carpet looking brand new again.

I called last minute on a Saturday to see if we could get our living room and bedroom cleaned before our house was listed for sale the following week. They had a tech out within an hour and our carpets look MUCH better. We are very appreciative of the prompt and quality service they provided

We used Kingwood Carpet Cleaning to stretch and clean the carpet in our home. Frank came out to provide the estimate and Ivan provided the services. Every contact with this company has been very positive and the work provided by Ivan was excellent! A truly professioanl and honest company!

Be wary.
Made an appt with Kingwood Carpet Cleaning and verifed with receptionist that they would be able to help move furniture as i am unable physically.

Recieved call of service tech coming and he did arrive on time but in a service truck from another company altogether.
He then refused to move any furniture due to liability issues.
At that point I dismissed him from my home, losing a whole day and having to enlist another company.

It is rare to see this kind of care in cleaning

Mary did an absolutely wonderful job! I took a risk as I am not familiar with businesses on this aide of town. She was responsive and very thorough with her clean. The appointment was easy to book online and she spent a good deal of time helping me clean a home that had been lived in for 30+ years. From top to bottom, I don't think I could have done a better job! Hands down recommend. Quality service and worth every penny! I hope to continue using her for monthly cleans.
