I got extremely bad experience with this company. Engaged for a deep cleaning but ended up getting the half job done. It looks the service team does a private job where they are offering a different package for carpet deep clean. When I refused started showing frustration and loosing words.

This scam company was subject of an NBCDFW (channel 5) news segment outlining how they ripped off a customer and never refunded her $200 for a no show. You’re better off asking neighbors for trustworthy service.
By the way, Texas Cleaning Service didn’t even bother to return a call by the TV station.

They count 1 bed with 1 study as two bedroom. If some area need extra cleaning, they charge you extra during the cleaning. And , it’s not cleaned so well even after they charge you extra

The maid service was EXCELLENT. Friendly, professional, competent and quick. She was great. Texas Cleaning Service office personnel were a bit unfriendly and non communicative. 6 stars for the maid! 3 stars for Texas Cleaning.

Was looking at cleaning services and noticed this company was in the same building that I work in. I thought it was interesting, as I have never seen them before and I have been working in this building for 5 years. They are not located at this address. Company replied to the review stating they are working remotely which has caused confusion. When I went back the the suite to talk to the front desk, the young lady explained to me that they are not as this suite and they are falsely using an address. They used to have a mailing address here but cancelled. But still using the address online...Illegal much? But yet the person who replied to the review stated that they were still there and also stated my "one star review does not reflect their business". I am sorry but if you are saying you are located at a address, and your business is in fact NOT, you are already lying. Why would I trust a lying business. SHADY.

Very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. I booked a deep cleaning services and areas were still left dirty. It was only 1 lady and a guy. I felt very uncomfortable with the guy being there because the lady did all of the work. The guy just vaccuum 1 one. And had the audacity to take a food item without asking me. Do not book from Texas Cleaning Services. Horrible service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET POOR SERVICE. I am flabbergasted at the amount of good reviews this company has. I booked a deep cleaning which automatically includes drawers, cabinets, door frames and blinds for an apartment move in. I specifically noted that they pay attention to the blinds, light fixtures and vent covers. The cleaners arrived 30 minutes late (service was booked for 1pm and they arrived at 1:30pm) and did not perform a deep clean at all. The only thing they managed to actually clean were the vent covers. All the blinds in the apartment still had dust on them, the inside of the kitchen and bathroom drawers were still dirty and the top of the door frames had not been wiped.

Have consistently called and emailed about a refund and they will not issue a refund. They decided to charge my card $268.20 when I told them I did not want their services. Still waiting for a response 2+ months later.
