They show up when they say they will, communicate if anything’s off, and don’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Highly recommend.

We called this company out, as we had been fighting mustard algae for a month and needed help. The owner was very nice and informative and sent his sons out that same day. They were kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. They let us know we were almost there and gave us tips to help finish the job (as they did not feel right to charge us when we’ve done all the work). Use this business! After struggling for a month with a horrible algae problem that refused to abate, I contacted Pool Service 360. They were prompt, kind, and respectful. They listened to my massive list of frustrations involving my problematic pool and completely took care of everything. They have a wonderful demeanor and never once talked down to me when I admitted my ignorance involving pool care.
