Danny is the best! He has helped us several times now and does such a great job. He is kind and professional. He is very knowledgeable about all of the different appliances and happy to share what he knows. The woman who schedules the appointments also does a great job and is very helpful.

Danny has come out multiple times to fix our dryer. He is professional, on time and reasonable.

I was linked up with this company via another appliance company. I called midday on Friday and had help just before 11 am. on a Saturday. The window was 10 to 12. So that was nice.

I think they listened to me talk about it longer than it took them to find the problem. I liked that he confirmed that was the issue instead of simply seeing the broken igniter that I missed.

Part replaced 15 minutes before they estimated receiving it and getting back to the dryer.

Price was what I would have spent getting the wrong part (I guessed gas valve thanks to google). Then getting the right part once I found the broken ignitor. Assuming I got OEM parts and not amazon knock off stuff. Not something I'd want to do with a gas appliance... yikes. I cheaped out on the washer valve assembly. That is silly easy to access and far less likely to explode.

Very satisfied with service and value (cost). Used in late 2014 for washing machine issue and again in 2023 to repair refrigerator condenser motor. Danny is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I called three repair companies before choosing Danny’s based on his lowest price estimate and availability. Actual price came in on the low end of his initial estimate range. Used genuine manufacturer part with 1yr warranty.

We got Danny's Repair as a referral from our neighbor, and I must say it turned to be an outstanding referral. Danny quoted $85 for coming out to diagnose the problem, but included this fee as part of the eventual job. Danny showed up on time, and was very quick to diagnose my often on-and-off built-in microwave. He fixed the problem in no time and communicated with me every step of the way. Danny ended up charging me only $135 for the job - about 1/7th of the price BestBuy quoted me for a brand new similar model with trim, labor and tax. Now I have a working microwave again and money left in the pocket.

Professional in every way. A true gentleman and customer service beyond compare. My only repair man now and ive been burned by a few. Dont waste your time and moey on other so- called repair men. Danny is the man!

I have used Danny’s services twice in the last year, he fixed the belt on my dryer that was no longer heating last January, and he came out today to diagnose 2 issues with my washer. He was honest with cost of repair, same as replacing appliance, which I will be doing. Danny is professional, knowledgeable and provides reasonable pricing. I will continue to use him in the future.

Hands down the best Appliance Repair person that I have ever worked with and an immediate addition to my phone book for all future appliance fixes. They asked for a few appliance details via text/phone to make sure they had all the parts with them on their first attempt and were able to fix both my refrigerator and my oven really fast. Most importantly he was extremely fair with part costs and labor costs. He was transparent on what was an Original Equipment Manufacturer part vs an aftermarket part and discounted the parts accordingly. By far the most fair appliance repair person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If I overhear anyone talking about appliance issues, I am immediately referring them to Danny’s. Repair technicians like Danny are hard to come by these days.

This company was referred to me by a friend. I called on Friday to have them service my kitchenaid oven. Danny was able to fix it on the spot due to a faulty igniter. I appreciate the work and the punctuality of the company.

Danny has come to our home on two separate occasions to fix our dryer and refrigerator. He was easy to reach and came within the same day of requesting the service. Danny is AWESOME and we'll never use anyone else!!! We have used Danny several times over the last six years for our rentals, and every time he has responded quickly and taken good care of us.

Just recently we had issues with both our microwave and refrigerator (a week apart), and both times he was able to tell us over text message what was wrong and saved us two service calls! I don't think any other appliance repair company would do that...instead they would come out and charge us a service fee just to tell us the same thing Danny did!

Replaced dryer thermostat and fuse. Very thorough and Al knew what his was doing. Cleaned/vacuumed everything. Double checked hose/vent for proper air circulation etc.

Too expensive for labor. The part was $65 for resistor on a gas oven from Home Depot, totaling two-hundred-eighty dollars. The Tech was very good, safe and professional.

Very responsive and able to make a timely appointment. The issue with the oven was quickly identified and fixed. Overall, excellent service. Well done!
