Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. I was previously using another pool service company, however I had some issues with equipment repairs being needed. I understand trouble shooting these things can be tricky, which my prior pool company struggled with. However Van and Nathan came out from Patriot Pools and were able to identify the issue within minutes. The price of the repairs/service was very fair, and they completed the job the next day. They went above and beyond and educated me on a lot of my equipment, which will be very helpful in the future. I'm very pleased with these guys, they know what they're doing. Highly recommended. Pricey service but reliable and peace of mind

Patriot Pools is always on top of cleaning and repairing my pool. Jordan comes weekly and catches things before they are a problem. Brandon is always available to help in an emergency or to install or Repair equipment. I’m able to reach them after hours in an emergency, and they are always there to answer questions.

I have used many different companies to take care of my pool in the past, but no one has came close to taking care of it the way this team does! Thank you Nathan and team.

Great company, I highly recommend them! Easy to communicate with, someone always answers the phone! Makes owning a pool easy! And the technicians are courteous and always make sure gates are closed and text me before they get here to make sure the dogs aren't out!

Brandon with Patriot Pools came out and performed a complete diagnostic service on the pool equipment. Brandon did an awesome job explaining all of the equipment, pool features and answering my questions. What was initially thought to be a UV bulb outage, ended up being an incorrectly wired switch, saving me a considerable amount of money. Additionally, Brandon walked me through how to work the various pool systems. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience from start to finish. My main pump went out over the weekend and with the hard freeze coming I wanted to have repaired or replaced before then. Brandon was able to come by same day to diagnose and I had a full replacement the following day. He even spent some extra time with me going over a few things about the equipment that was not mentioned by the builder. Brandon and Patriot provided 5 star service. Will use again.

Matt is very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and let me know we would be moved to the top of the priority list as we have repairs in need of immediate attention. We are new to Patroit Pools but I have faith they will have us in tip top shape in no time!

They came out the day after I called and thoroughly cleaned out the dryer ventilation. My clothes were taking about 2 hours or longer to dry. Now they're drying in 40 to 50 minutes. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Our dryer performance was poor, even though we disconnected the vent and blew out what we could with a leaf blower. We called Dryer Ventz for a professional cleaning, and were amazed at the results. Their technician Wyatt was at our house at 8:30 the next morning, quickly located our roof vent outlet by checking in the attic, and got to work. Using professional equipment, he cleared our entire vent run out, and went on the roof to clean and inspect the vent cap. He also showed us the results of what was constricting our system, including a solid chunk of dust debris that had gotten moisture and clumped up. Our vent is now completely clean, with a noticeable improvement in dryer performance. The quality, price, responsiveness, and service of this company is unsurpassed. We will use them exclusively for all our vent cleaning needs (they also do HVAC vents), as they have earned our highest recommendation. Outstanding company.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Lance and his team! They came in quickly to address an issue with our vents that was preventing our dryers from working properly. I called, and they somehow managed to fit us in the very next day. Not only did they resolve the problem, but they also uncovered and prevented future issues by identifying that our vents weren’t up to code. What they removed from the vents was unbelievable!

I scheduled an appointment to get my tile & grout cleaned about a week and a half out. I gave them the address and square footage I needed done. I reached out the Friday before my appointment to confirm and they said yes we will see you Monday. Well, Monday came around and it was about 9:15 and they hadn’t called to say they were on the way yet so I called them. I was informed they weren’t coming, it was just to far. He stated he called me Saturday, but I didn’t answer. He failed to leave a message or contact me again. They were aware of the hour and 10 min travel time from the beginning and scheduled anyway. They also state they serve Hancock County, but I’m in Hancock County, so it’s only part of it they will go to. VERY unprofessional!!! I took off work for the day!!!

When the air conditioner ran, we started to smell musty all the time. They checked and discovered mold growing deep within the ducts. They took care of the sanitization and mold treatment, and the odor has vanished entirely. We seem to be breathing clean air once more.
