Tree scouts removed big girthy branches from two oak trees that were growing dangerously close to our roof. They did a great job on time and cleaned up nicely and cut fire place size logs and stacked them neatly where we wanted them. These guys are pros and their service was priced great. Definitely recommend them.

Quick quotes, quick appointment for tree trimming and excellent job. Clean up was spotless and communication was terrific!

We were initially told the best option would be a $3,000 day rate to complete the work. However when the quote came back, the total was nearly double. When we asked about it, we were then told the full scope couldn’t be done within 30 hours, which was never explained during the walkthrough.

From our perspective, that limitation and the potential cost increase were not communicated upfront. It made the $3,000 option feel misleading since it was presented as a viable way to complete the job.

We also had similar, if not more work done last year for under $3,000 with another company, which added to our concern about the pricing.

Overall, the estimate lacked clarity and consistency between what was discussed and what was quoted, and it felt dishonest, so we decided not to move forward.
