Texas Best Solar installed our system. This is a local company with deep community ties. Their quote was very reasonable and they stood by that quoted price even when additional issues cropped up. The crew was great and they were very kind and good-natured about our dogs and horses and gates and chickens and everything else that occasionally created a little havoc. Spencer, one of the owners, stayed in touch and answered all our questions promptly. I have urged all my friends to go solar and to use Texas Best. I am extremely satisfied with Texas Best, with the process and with our new system. If you decide to go solar, make sure and call Texas Best first.

Let me start by saying Spencer and Felipe are 100% top of there game. The customer service for this company truly holds up to the Marine Corps values of honor, courage and commitment. These guys are Marines and it truly shows. They weren't the first company I had talk to about solar but there were the first that didn't actually try and sale me on it. Felipe actually was very informative and knowledgeable on what we was doing. Spencer has been nothing less that perfect in the installation process. Best Solar company in Texas hands down. I'll update my review every 6 months to tell yall how they do from here on.

Working with the TBS Team was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Richard, Spencer and Debbie managed the entire project extremely professional, customer and outcome focused. Their process from the initial personal contact through exploration, implementation and completion was built on a solid and reliable timeline and transparent at all times. Communication was great and the experience and workmanship their employees bring to the table was outstanding. If you plan to go Solar (I did panels and battery back up) you will not find a better company to partner with.

Texas Best Solar installed solar at our house at end of 2020. Spencer and his team did an excellent job with their presentation, explanation, and installation. Any post-install issues were handled well and they were patient in walking us through any questions or concerns we had about the project. These guys and girls are great! Very knowledgeable, very professional, and patient with new customers trying to navigate the solar and battery maze. Spencer always returns my calls and texts in a timely manner. One thing that I liked is his no pressure sales pitch. I haven’t had an electric bill in several months and now with my backup batteries I’m covered for an extended outage. I had several sales offers from his competitors and I am so glad that I didn’t go that route. Locally owned company run by locals who know the area and supervised by a former marine. All of the Texas Best Solar employees are super nice, well trained, and always on time. I would Definitely recommend this solar company.

From the first time we met with Spencer to that final walk through after installation and hand off the service was outstanding. Spencer walked us solar newbies through every thing and answered all our questions. He developed a system that worked for us and did not try and pressure us in any way. From the project management to installation team I can't say enough good things. They kept us informed by providing updates every step of the way. The install team was prompt and on time. I had Spencer and the guys install a fully off the grid system. Amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Very quick turnaround time and paid attention to detail, guys took great pride and their finished product. Everything looked organized and neat.

They stand behind their product and service. Which means if you have a problem, like I had a few times, they respond quickly and will work with you to correct the problem in a timely manner.

The Owner bent over backwards for me on a particular issue that impacted my battery system. He made a special trip that day which meant he had to leave a current install job to take care of my situation, and I was clear on the other side of the metroplex.

Starting with initial meeting with Filipe, he went through the whole process and advantages of getting solar. There was no pressure to buy from them, he even suggested to shop around and compare them. After I made the decision to go with them, they were always communicated at every step of the process. Richard supervised the installation himself and it all went quite smoothly. Spencer came out to do the walkthrough and help setup my account to monitor my solar production. Highly recommend them!

Texas Best Solar truly is the best in Texas! We knew we wanted a pergola to mount our panels into, but several other companies we contacted did not have the ability to do an all in one job of building the pergola and then mounting the panels. On our first phone call with Spencer he was confident it was something he could do. The process has had some hiccups, but Spencer has been the absolute best to work with. He is willing to wear as many "hats" as it takes to get the job done. He is honest in his work, in his quotes, and in all his communication. He is prompt and professional. The work he does is exceptional!! I would choose supporting a small local business like Texas Best over a big company any day.

Texas Best Solar did a fantastic job on the installation. The communication and expertise knocked it out of the park in my opinion. They answered all questions I had and when I thought something was wrong they were able to troubleshoot what I thought was an issue and helped me understand my system better. 100% recommend and if I move to a new house in DFW I will get this team back to install another system.

I am a part time solar installer myself doing mostly small installs for friends and preppers. I landed a job that was bigger than anything I have done before. I knew I was not going to be able to get it done in the time frame the customer wanted. Since I only buy and install inverters from SolArk so reached out to them for recommendations on a local company that can install large ground mount arrays. They gave me Spencer's information and he along with his team knocked it out of the park!!! I was able to focus installing the inverters and he took care of the array and even the permits with the city. He has been a great help and was easy to work with.

I interviewed 4 other companies before choosing Texas best solar. They handled everything from planning, permitting and final inspection. The install crew was very respectful of my home and there was never a mess at the end of the day. They did an excellent job of making it aesthetically pleasing and did a wonderful job with the connection lines. Once completed Spencer did a great job of explaining how the system works, how to track your power production and recommend companies that will buy back your excesses power. The theme was to under promise and over deliver. If your considering solar panels Texas best solar is the way to go.
