I’ve used Hale’s Chimney multiple times for routine cleaning. Clay and Luis were prompt and professional. They did a great job cleaning and installing the new log lighter in our fireplace. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves and left the fireplace cleaner than they found it!

We had gas logs installed today. I would highly recommend Hale’s! The technicians Juan and Kenneth were very professional. He brought the logs in first so I could see what they looked like before installing. They did a wonderful job and it looks great! They showed me how to work everything and answered my questions. See photos below for before and after. Also Sherrill and Sherry from their office were great with communication!

Super responsive and helpful, was able to get an appointment scheduled within a couple days. Juan was our tech and did a great job explaining our post-assessment of our chimney and fireplace and steps to take to fix some of the issues we’ve been having.

Clay and Louis came out to clean and inspect my fireplace and chimney. They were on time, friendly, got right to work and did a fantastic job. They gave me recommendations for repairs and showed me pictures from my roof of the chimney. They left everything very clean and I am very pleased with their service.

Thanks to Hale’s I finally have a clean and properly working fireplace! The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem with this 20+ year old fireplace that had not been serviced in years before I purchased the house. They also thoroughly cleaned every part of it so it looks great now. In addition they inspected my dryer vent which is routed through the attic and cleaned out years of build up and eliminated that fire hazard. Highly recommend Hale’s!

I've never had a bad experience with Hales! Clay came out today and cleaned our dryer vent. It looks so much better! I'm excited to be able to dry a load of laundry in under an hour!

My wife and I moved into our home about 2 years ago and it had a gas fireplace that burned ceramic logs. No telling how old everything was. I did some research and came across Hale’s Chimney and Fireplace Solutions. They had a lot of great reviews. Called the office and spoke to Sherry. She was very professional, answered all my questions and set up an appointment. Juan came out and explained all of our options. Thoroughly inspected our fireplace and replaced what we had with radiant logs. He was very professional and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend them for any fireplace or chimney work.

Imagine buying a beautiful house with a wood-burning stove and fireplace. The problem? You don't know anything about them. Hales Chimney & Fireplace to the rescue. Sherrill and Sherry set everything up, and Juan and Kenneth came out to clean and inspect. They not only provided a detailed report with pictures, they also recommended repairs AND told me what needed to be done immediately. The best part was that they were honest, giving me time frames for every repair. They had no interest in up selling, but just ensured I was aware and comfortable with their service. I highly recommend.

We have used Hales a few times over the years. Every time they are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Today, Clay and Luis came out and did an inspection and cleaning on our fireplace and chimney. Very thorough and professional young men. Unfortunately we need repair to our fireplace, but Clay provided me with an estimate of all repairs needed as well as some other options if we wanted to go that route. They are also great with putting down drop cloths around the fireplace and cleaning everything up afterwards. I highly recommend Hales for any chimney or fireplace needs!
