Water Damage Restoration reviews in McKinney, Texas

We got our 6 kitchen chairs cleaned (under warranty) today by a technician named Corbin with Rainbow Restoration. He did a great job contacting us when he was 30 mins out, he showed up on time, greeted us with a warm smile and gave detailed information on the process.

He took great pride in cleaning our chairs, matter of fact, you can see the straight lines in the fabric! He was training another gentleman and seemed to take pride in his work as well.

If we ever need our carpets cleaned in the future, then this will be the company we contact. They answered phone calls in a prompt manner and were flexible with my schedule. I felt as if they cared about the service they were going to provide me from start to finish.

Rhett went above and beyond to get his crew out to our house ASAP when we sustained water damage. They were out within a couple hours and made the entire process as stress free as possible. They kept us updated on the progress of the drying process and what they were doing on a day to day basis. They also helped us navigate through the insurance side of things and what to expect on the rebuilding side. Rhett and Daniel were both very informative and helpful, and always polite to answer ALL the questions we had. I pray we never have to use their services again, but if for some reason we found ourselves in this situation again, no doubt we would be calling them back!!!

Great customer service given by Thomas Alsbrook. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed after a leaky hot water heater flooded our flooring. Thomas tested all areas of our home for water damage and took his time thoroughly documenting the damage. Before he left, he made sure we had all our questions answered. A refreshing welcome to have someone so courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in our home. Would definitely use Rainbow Restoration again if needed. Thank you Thomas!

Tony and Matt have made this terrible situation honestly not as bad. They have been very punctual with their timing of when they said that they were going to be here, they were here. They also told me exactly how it was going to be as in this is how long it should take they were extremely caring when it came to making sure they didn’t damage any of my walls floors, etc. They were both extremely respectful of the fact that I have my one year-old daughter at home with me and that she needed to go to bed at a certain time they made sure to finish up the job before I had to put her down for nap time. I would 100% recommend rainbow international restoration for the sole purpose their customer service and response times along with pricing was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Tony or Matt for any job that you may have in the future. They were absolutely fabulous!
