I called Golden Star after hours 6:30 pm and Sarah answered the call and immediately answered my questions and scheduled my appointment for three days later at 11:00 am. I received two emails confirming the appointment. Meyer showed up an hour early and immediately started to work cleaning the gutters. He was very professional, answering all of my questions and did a great job as promised. He not only successfully cleaned the very gutters ,but he also baked up all debris and put the bags out front for disposal. I have been using Golden Star for over a year. They are very prompt and stay in touch, easy to deal with and a great job.

Scheduled service to be done at my rental house and waited over an hour for them to arrive. Multiple calls and texts with zero response (still no follow up 3 days after the appointment). Extremely inconvenient to my tenants and myself.
