I've been using Mad Mike for several years now and I can't say enough good things about him. He really puts forth the effort to keep my lawn looking like a golf course and is good about making any suggestions he feels needs to be done to the yard. He also takes care of my trees, shrubs and flower beds and keeps them looking great! I highly recommend him!!

Came by to give an estimate 3 days earlier than every other company I called. Great value for a reasonable cost. In two days they did more work than the last crew I hired did in a week!
I will be recommending them to all my friends, & have no doubt I will be using them again!

There was a crew from this company doing work down the street from us and when they were done they stoped by our house and stole both of our trash cans. All on video. So watch out if you see them around.

This place is amazing. I called them and needed work done ASAP. They understood the assignment and asked for pictures and came out. Same day to do an appraisal. They got me a quote. I agreed and they were out the next week. They were very professional. The crew was amazing nice and friendly. They went out of their way to assist the family and all of our needs. They walked around the property and showed us what they were going to do and why they were going to do it. I cannot say how amazing this company is in one of the greatest experiences Iwe’re going to do and why they were going to do it. Luke came out to troubleshoot our Intellichlor chlorine generator and did a fantastic job of providing helpful information for ongoing maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and the Crystal Clear team to anyone.

I've been using them for over 15 years! Everyone has been friendly and helpful! Love the emails summarizing my service with pics and stats. Caleb works on my pool and he's great! He let's me know if something is needed for my pool or if I need to do something.

I am a new pool owner and Luke did a great job of repairing my pump, adjusting all the settings, and explaining all facets of its operation. He went out of his way to make sure I new how everything worked and how to make adjustments as needed.

Justin did a great job getting our app up and running again. He’s a pleasant young man and was very helpful.

I have been using them for over a year now. They started out really great, then they went through staff changes and there were some challenges. On several occasions I was told my pool was peeling only to have a supervisor come out and say that was incorrect. This has happened more than three times. In addition to that issue, there have been times when they use the flow to connect their hose to clean my pool and each time they connect my cleaner back it does not work. They also have employees who half clean the pool walls which is totally unacceptable. Today it happened again and I called the office and she said that the supervisor was gone for the day and he would have to call me back, so I asked her not bill by card until it was rectified. She said they still had to bill my card because service was performed. and they would issue a refund if warranted. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please choose another company before choosing Crystal Clear Pools.

We were looking for a reliable new pool company to service our pool and we found them! We had several issues that needed to be fixed due to neglect from our previous company, and Justin came in and went above and beyond! We are very happy and highly recommend!!
