I had an appointment yesterday between 12noon AND 2PM for a LG washing machin repair. No one showed up and no one called. I called at 4pm and no one returned my call. And now its the weekend. I cannot recommend this business.

I chose them randomly from internet search. From the moment I called every appointment/schedule was on time. Diagnosis was quick. Repair was fluent. My LG Refrigerator is humming along and I am happy.

I called a repair person to come out to look at my freezer which was dripping water and froze up not allowing the ice 2 remove itself from the container instead of looking at that part he chose to replace the door that the ice come from I called the company and told the guy that wasn't the issue because I still had the same problem that's been since the ice storm and have not heard back from him or the company since then poor business. I do not recommend them.
