Pleasantly surprised by the prompt response, honesty and integrity of this company. My A/C was not working, and Mr. Maner came out, diagnosed the minor problem and fixed it. No hard sell or pressure and even changed out my filter for me and cleaned the return air grate.

I had Maner come out and take a look at my return and just make sure it was correct. We bought our house remodeled and it didn’t look right to me. Justin was super professional and probably could have squeezed some money out of me. Instead, he looked over everything got up in the attic and said everything looks as it should. He walked me outside and showed me what could potentially happen, and what to do if it does. Great people, and a great company.

Our A/C stopped working and Justin made room for us the next morning and fixed everything. They are very friendly, punctual, and professional. He found the root of the problem and had our AC blowing again in no time. He also double checked in multiple places (vent, side unit, attic etc.)to make sure there wasn’t anything else going on and cleaned out parts around the AC unit that were affecting the AC. We appreciated the thoroughness. He uses American made parts, not the cheaper ones we had previously, that were continuing to fail. We will definitely be using them and referring friends to them. Another Bonus- they are a local, family operated business. 😀

I asked Maner Heating and Cooling to come out and perform an annual maintenance inspection on my HVAC system. Justin, was very friendly and professional. He explained all the checks he did and walked me through the complete diagnostics. He ended up finding that the capacitor was about to give out and completed the repair right on the spot. This would have been awful to have go out with a house full of kids in the middle of summer. I highly would recommend them if you are in the market for outstanding customer service and a thorough job. Ask about the priority care membership, ended up saving me some additional money today.
