I had a panel upgrade done and a whole-home surge protector installed. The electrician did a home safety inspection to make sure my home was healthy for the hurricane season. Not only did he meet our electrical needs, but he also gave us a book on how to prep for hurricane season and how to save money on energy. I would recommend Mister Sparky in Pearland to anyone. High quality is their priority.

She is excellent and understands the problems very well. She communicates very effectively, and in a very caring way provided us various options and choices. Will want to keep her if possible as our electrician in the future.

True to their slogan, they were on time. They were fast and efficient. The technician Bryan was honest and very personable. He took the time to address some ideas I had on upgrades I was thinking about. He provided ideas and suggestions to further enhance my house and the security concerns I had. I will definitely be using Mr. Sparky of Pearland again. The service was outstanding.

Two of our three outside electrical outlets suddenly went out. I thought it was the breaker but resetting it didn’t help. I called this morning and was told Kristina the electrician would be here TODAY in 30 MINUTE window! The work wasn’t urgent so this was “routine scheduling. Due to complications with the previous job, the window was changed to a couple hours later. But they called and kept me updated on everything and Kristina arrived in the second 30 MINUTE window. She figured out the problem and fixed everything within an hour. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I was very impressed by the service from Mr Sparky in Pearland. Highest recommendation!

Being able to control my lighting remotely or by voice has been a total game-changer. The technician was friendly, efficient, and clearly experienced. I’d definitely call them again for a few of the other services they offer—especially the EV charger installation. I’ve been meaning to get that done for a while, and when I talked with the technician during the smart lighting visit, he was so patient in explaining how safe and straightforward the process would be. I was so pleased with the work done by Mr Sparky of Pearland today! The electrician was precisely on time. She was polite and professional, and she didn't hesitate to explain everything that she proposed doing for us and answer whatever questions that we had. The prices on the services were very reasonable, and there was not that constant pressure to upsell their services. I cannot recommend Mr Sparky of Pearland enough!

I made an appointment to have an outlet added to my kitchen. Kristina showed up on time, looked professional and was very pleasant. She explored several options to help me solve my issue. At the end of the day, we went with the simplest solution which involved just adding an outlet splitter. Even though I decided to get no work done, Kristina still offered to do a free safety inspection and we discussed replacing my smoke detectors. Additionally, there was no charge for the diagnostic.

I would definitely call Mister Sparky in the future if any other work is needed.
